Following Oliver as he leads me to the great hall.

Replaying everything that has happened in the past hour in my head. I bite my bottom lip, as I continue to play that moment.

"Right this way." Oliver stops right in front of me. As I bring myself back into reality, trying not to run into him.

I peek through the door before entering. Seeing William already sitting down and preparing himself for supper.

"Your highness, this looks amazing."

The Queen giggles. "Why thank you."

I walk into the room, finding my seat in front of  William. Despite all the other seats, this was the only one with a table setting.

How lovely.

I shoot a fake smile as I sit right in front of him. As he does the same. The same smile he always has on when he shows all of his teeth.

"Smells divine your majesty." I smile, waiting for the queue to eat.

She just looks at me and smiles.

Looks like I am not warming up to her any time soon.

"Sorry, I am late." [Y/n] walks in through the doors. With another green gown. Yet this one was more sophisticated. It looked like a sage green wedding dress. That puffed down at the bottom and was tight around the waist. Like a corset... and her hair... wow her hair. How did they manage to get her hair done in such so little time? It was half up and half down, with beautiful white flowers in her curled hair.

"Dinner will be served now." The Queen waved to one of the maids, as they walked back to the kitchen.

I stood up from my chair, watching as the Queen and William were staring at me. Following with the guards in the room and [Y/n]. I walk over to the other end of the table, which I am guessing is her seat due to the place setting. I pull out the chair for [Y/n], as William stares at me with hatred in his eyes.

"Thank you." She mumbled as she sat down.

The dinner came, and we all started eating. It was super awkward and it was all pure silence until the Queen herself cleared her throat and placed down her fork.

"Let's talk. Shall we."

[Y/n] takes her napkin off her lap and uses it to dab on her mouth. "About what mother?"

"Well," She began to chuckle. "Let's state the elephant in the room." Again silence took up the room.  Looking around, I saw the Queen staring at both me and William. Seeing as the Guards are just staring straight into the wall like there is something behind those walls.

"William told me you dated. Is this right [Y/n]?"

I go to speak but [Y/n] flashes her eyes at me, slightly shaking her head. Telling me to just remain seated.

"We uh, went on a few dates. We went to homecoming together as a date."

"So you two are dating?"

[Y/n] looks at me, before looking back at her mother. As her mother is brushing her silky blonde hair over her right shoulder. "No... we are currently not dating."

She just slightly smiles, before looking over to me. Her dark fierce brown eyes look into my soul. "I know why William is here-" She spoke, but I butted in.
