Sakusa looks down at the sad look on Akira's face as he bends down to her eye level.

"Atsumu isn't coming isn't he?..." She says staring at the ground.

Sakusa was even hurt for her. He tried to get Atsumu to come, calling him too but Atsumu gently declined and told them that he already had plans with his fiance.

"Atsumu is just... busy. He's his own person and he has his own life so that means he can't always hang out with you, Aki. Atsumu is just very busy right now so he can't make it." Sakusa tried to reassure her.

But Akira shook her head. "Aki is sad! Aki wants Atsumu to go ice skating with her too! Atsumu doesn't like Aki anymore!" she says disappointed and hurt.

Sakusa makes a sad smile, before picking her up and heading towards the rest of the others.

"Don't say that, Aki. Atsumu doesn't hate you. Just because he can't come play with you doesn't mean he hates you, matter of fact. Atsumu loves you a lot, Aki and so does Sakusa. I love you so much, Aki. Don't be sad," Sakusa said rubbing at her baby cheeks.

Aki rests the side of her head against his, a visible sad expression can be seen on her face.

"Okay, Yoomi... Can I have some hot chocolate then?" She says trying to cheer her own self up.

Sakusa smiles a little at that before nodding. "Of course, Aki. Let me just go talk to your big brother first."

---

"Cheer up, Kiyo. You've been sighing for the past two hours now." Semi remarked, watching how the younger boy was watching the trio skate and mess around with Komori and a happy Maru.

"Is it that obvious?" Sakusa said turning to Semi.

Semi shoots him an "are you serious look." "It's so obvious that you miss, Atsumu. It's like you're not even trying to hide it my guy."

Sakusa sighs even more behind the window shield.

"You know. Shirabu was wondering why you were acting so gloomy today but I just told him that you woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning," Semi dryly laughs. No wonder why Shirabu was giving him space Sakusa thought.

Akira was screaming in joy as Komori held Maru tightly in his arms with Shogo as they tried chasing her around in the rink as Yusuke, Shirabu and Hinata tried protecting her. And it makes Sakusa smile a little at the scene.

"You must really love him don't you?" Semi said staring off in the distance where his little sister was being protected by his boyfriend.

Sakusa shoots him a look but Semi continues.

"I was like you at first. Everyone told me how I wasn't enough for Shirabu or that Shira was just too good for me and that I shouldn't even bother trying. But that didn't stop me from talking to him. I realized how much you can like about a person when you first meet them. The spark, the chemistry and just everything in general tells you a lot about a person no matter what everyone else tells you. I love, Shira. And even though people told me those things it didn't stop me from finding love. Because I knew when I first laid eyes on him I knew he was the one for me." Semi turned to his side to catch Sakusa staring off into the distance with a blank expression, "If you really love Atsumu fight for him. The least he can say is no since he's engaged. But who knows, you might change his mind." he nudged Sakusa's shoulder with his.

Sakusa snaps out of his thoughts to look back at Semi.

"Wouldn't that just make me a homewrecker though, Semi?" he says.

"Well, yes and no. Think of it like this: even though Atsumu is engaged, if you really like him, it's okay to tell him you know. Sometimes unexpected things happen, and maybe he feels the same way. Just be honest and see what happens from there." Semi says.

Sakusa contemplated Semi's words. Even though he loved Atsumu he knew Atsumu wasn't sure of his own feelings yet. Like, the way he was talking about his fiance seemed to fade away... Like he was losing interest im him. Sakusa was not trying to speak for Atsumu or anything but that's just what it looks like from his perspective.

"And plus, you told me that you guy's been hanging out a lot lately. Maybe that'll help your bond with him grow more and maybe he'll fall for you in the long run, Kiyo," Semi adds.

"I don't know. He's on a date with him right now. I stand no chance." Sakusa says already defeated.

Semi scratched his head. "I don't know about that, Kiyo. I've been getting bad feelings lately and maybe it's because of this raw fish I ate a few days ago but something tells me that Sachiro is up to no good. I heard from someone that he's been seeing someone lately but it could be false, I don't want to get your hopes up, Kiyo." Semi says.

Sakusa was lowkey mad at the thought of Sachiro cheating on Atsumu. But then again, it was just a rumor.

Semi lightly chuckled, "calm down. You act like someone just killed your cat right now. I don't think Sachiro is cheating on him, I'll give him the benefit of doubt for now because I met him before and he's a pretty chill dude. I'll give him that."

Sakusa rolls his eyes at that, "chill my ass. He literally drugged Atsumu when they went clubbing," he scoffed before realizing what he just blurted out.

Semi's eyes widened at the sudden confession thrown at him.

"Holyshit. What the fuck, Kiyo??" Semi says.

Sakusa gasped at himself before slapping his hands over his mouth. He didn't mean to say that out loud.

"Now that's some shady shit," Semi says, as he watched Shirabu chasing his two brothers with a huge smile on his face.

"Yeah..." Sakusa replied guilty.

"Well, just be cautious, Kiyo. And if you think Atsumu might like you back don't hesitate to let him know. Life's too short to wonder 'what if.'" Semi casually says.

Sakusa took in Semi's wise words, nodding before he picks up a call from Atsumu.

"I'm here, Omi." Atsumu's honey voice said as Sakusa eyes widened.

Semi chuckled, shaking his head, and he grins before saying, "go get him tiger."
