Atsumu's lips pressed into his. Filled with emotions and every passion that he put into his dance went into Sakusa as they shared a tender kiss.
The taste of his mouth was sweet, his breath tickling Sakusa's envision as he pressed his hands firmly against his smooth skin. This was what they needed after a very long day from being away from each other.
When Sakusa was finally able to convince himself to pull away, to tell Atsumu something important. His brain fails to string any thoughts together and he simply pulls Atsumu back to him, hoping that his kiss will show him those three words that he'll never get tired of saying.
I love you.
Tears brimmed the corner of Atsumu's eyes as he too felt what Sakusa was trying to say to him and his kiss burns in his skin. And in that moment, it was just them against the world.
Sakusa pulls away from the kiss, bringing their foreheads together as they stayed quiet. Enjoying each other's presence.
"I'm sorry for lying to you, Atsumu... I never meant to keep it away from you. I was just so scared and terrified that you would leave me and never talk to me ever again after you found out the truth." Sakusa says quietly.
Atsumu pouts a little, before pulling away to look at him.
"Leave you? Never talk to you ever again? Omi.." Atsumu whispers under his breath, his fragile lashes fluttering when he looks at him from under his hooded eyelids. "I can never hate you for what you did. What Sachiro told me was a lie, you aren't a murderer Omi. You were a hero that couldn't find his happy ending. You saved him, but he pushed you away and you couldn't do anything about it. It's only fair you couldn't say or do anything. It isn't your fault for what happened to you, Omi. That was traumatizing. Never let anyone speak down on you because they don't know the truth." Atsumu says.
Sakusa's lips turn into a sad frown. Atsumu was like an angel sent down from heaven to him. God, he was so lovesick.
Head over heels for Atsumu, even.
"Omi, why are you crying?" Atsumu said confused, while moving a little to stand closer to Sakusa even though their bodies were practically pressed firmly against each other already.
Sakusa shook his head, looking away while trying to wipe his tears away.
"I'm not crying," he says, sniffling a little as Atsumu gently pulls him by his chin to look at him.
"It's okay, Omi," Atsumu says sweetly, "it's okay to cry, Omi."
Sakusa's tears started to flow down even more at that before Atsumu pulls him into another hug.
"Awe. I'm sorry, Omi. I didn't mean to make you cry," he says.
Sakusa shook his head again, but faintly before looking up from Atsumu's shoulder.
"I love you." he says, catching Atsumu off guard.
Atsumu blushes, looking away as Sakusa stared at him with his rosy tear stained face.
"I love you, Atsumu," he says again. Watching how Atsumu's ears burned bright pink as he tried to control his blush.
"I love you a lot." he says again.
"Geez, Omi! You can't just randomly say that! I'm still engaged you know that right?!" he says, slapping his chest lightly.
Sakusa raised an eyebrow at that.
"I should tell you then. He's cheating on you," Sakusa casually says. And Atsumu look genuinely surprised but his surprised expression went away as he scoffs slightly under his breath.
