"THERE'S quite a lot of people here, wouldn't you think that, Shinjiro?" Ayanokouji asked me.
A crowd of over four hundred people, including instructors and students, gathered together in the gymnasium during our second homeroom period. I began scanning my surroundings, remembering all characters that I haven't seen before, observing their main characteristics as well as recognizing those that I've known before. From the likes of Ryuen, Sakayanagi, Nagumo, Manabu, to mid-tier characters such as Hashimoto, Asahina, Tachibana to even background characters like Class 3-A's instructor.
Upon finishing my analysis of the overall atmosphere, facial emotions of the characters I've seen, I could tell the ones who were physically weak or even average are dreading this exam. The ones that are physically fit or even ones who are competitive such a Nagumo are extremely eager, all for the different various reasons.
Now, let's try to observe what's happening clearly.Since my class is now Class C, logically we are now paired with Class B instead of originally Class A. This could be some sort of benefit as Class A hasn't really helped us out. This could also mean that Class C could gain some additional class points as we're in the White Team, the team that won the sports festival.
'Even then, Class D and A are working together, which means Ryuen and Sakayanagi. I wonder how that will play out.'
This new form of events would likely mean Ryuen would change his strategy a bit. Still the same foundation, but with new tactics as he's working with Class A.
Well, Sakayanagi isn't the leader still until Volume 6 or roughly after Volume 5. So, it would be Ryuen and Katsuragi. Bothof which have very conflicting ideologies so it's unlikely they'll work together fluently.
Although I was prematurely going in blind for this sports festival as many things has changed, I still have the knowledge of the subplots, characters, their consistent and canon actions. For example, Kushida will still sabotage Class C.
However, despite all of this I will not be planning anything too significant for this sports festival. Ayanokouji, as stated by himself, will carry his plans accordingly.
If something goes wrong, I'll have to count on him. If he doesn't do anything, I'll deal with it. Otherwise, I'll probably do the bare minimum. I wouldn't want to bring even more attention to myself, especially if I show my physical abilities.
Speaking of which, my brain... I'm unsure if it's even my brain. Definitely I have my mind but not the same brain. I've noticed this long ago as I've been able to analyze things much quicker, I even tested myself a FMA test and got near the world record. Insane.
Not only that but my physical abilities are quite high. I was able to traverse the deserted island with no difficulty in pure darkness while being able to mentally and vividly visualize the entire map.
I would absolutely would not be able to do this in my previous world. If anything, I'm fast... way too fast. I'd thought everything would bump into me but not really. It also shows my current perceptual speed.
In other words, whatever this body went through, which I could probably induce that it went to training similar to the White Room but likely less harsh (and less time), had to go through a lot of physical and mental training.
Fujimaki from Class 3-A will make an announcement soon regarding the festival so I subconsciously decided to stop here after sensing that it will be awkward if I didn't say anything.
After doing that, about roughly 1-3 seconds after Ayanokouji asked, I answered.
"Hmm, yeah. Over like 300 people in a gymnasium is bound to be a bit messy."
