han stayed in the hospital for another week.

his body was still weak, but he was able to walk normally now, without falling. he also looked healthier.

minho was sitting in the chair as always, while han was reading the mangas minho brought him.

when something unexpected happened, Han let out a gasp, and minho immediately turned his head to his direction, worried something happened.
he was relieved when he saw the boy peacefully reading his book.

suddenly, the doctor came inside.

"hello mr. han, how are you feeling?"
the doctor asked.

"uhm...good, I guess?"

"in a twenty minutes, we will bring you your medication. you should rest, so that you could leave tomorrow, according to the plan, okay?"

Han nodded, giving the doctor a small smile.

"mr. lee, can I talk to you for a second?"
the doctor suddenly turned to minho.

"uhm, of course?" minho wasn't sure what the doctor wanted from him.

they stepped outside of the room and doctor closed the door.

"so, there is something that we need to talk about, before we release mr. han tomorrow."
the doctor said.

minho looked at him confused.
"is something wrong?"

the doctor sighed.
"well, not really. mr. han is making a big progress and he's most likely to be able to leave tomorrow, but there's a catch. right now, he's one of our most watched patients in this hospital."

minho looked at him confused.
"what? why? he isn't insane or anything."

"yeah, but there is the fact that he's bipolar. like I told you before, when a bipolar patient starts taking their medication after they didn't take it for a while, a lot of depressing thoughts come. you probably don't see it, but mr. han is spaced out most of the time, not really caring about the world around him. he's left alone only with his thoughts, and that's really bad. a lot of of bipolar patients commit suicide in this stage, because the change in the world around them is huge. one minute, they're happy, and suddenly, all of these ugly thoughts and feelings appear, and some of them can't handle that change.
mr. han is no exception, we're sure he's also going through rough time now. this is something we need to ask you, mr. lee. you said that he didn't have any family member or friend who would take care of him. so, you're the only one he has?"

minho slowly nodded.
he had no idea where this is going.

"mr. han is on a good path now. hes taking his meds as he should, he eats well, and you can see that he looks healthier. the problem is, we can't just let him go and live alone again, because there is a highly possibility that he can slip back to his old habits. he's also a threat to himself now, it's a big risk leaving him alone."
doctor said and looked trough the window into Hans room.
minho looked too.

han was, in fact, spaced out, looking at the wall and holding his hands. they were shaking.

minho sighed.
he hated seeing han like this.

"what do you mean he's a threat to himself?"
minho asked

"like I said, this depressing period is really hard to overcome, and lot of the patients think about hurting themselves. like I said, a lot of these patients committed suicide. so, is it possible that you could take care of mr. han for a month? by that time, the patients body usually gets used to the meds and the things they feel again, and they're not a threat to themselves anymore. but if we let him go now, there's a high possibility that something will happen to him, if he stays alone."

"for a month?" minho repeated.

"yes. if you don't have time for that, it's okay, we will send him to a mental health facility where he gets treated. even his eating disorder could be treated there. the worse thing is that there is a possibility he will never leave that place, again. but that's only up to you, if you know you can't manage, we won't have a different choice." the doctor said.

minho sighed.
he couldn't let han go to the facility.
but, what about his job?
nah, he will think about this later.
now, his priority is han.

"I can manage, I can take care of him."
minho said.

"okay, well, will you come with me to my office? we need to discuss what will you do and what you need to do, okay?"

minho nodded and they went to the office.

they sat down and the doctor placed a paper on the table.

"this is mr. hans medical schedule. your job is to make sure there isn't anything around him that he can hurt himself with, make sure he takes his meds and eats well. this is important, because he can't get better if he doesn't start taking care of himself."

minho took the paper and looked at it.
han was taking a lot of medications.
not everything was for his bipolar disorder tho, a lot of these medications were to help his body recover after his eating disorder.

Minho nodded.

"so, will he leave tomorrow?" Minho asked

"yes, you can go and help him pack his things. I think it would be better if he moved in with you or if you moved in with him, just a little check up every day won't work." the doctor said.

Minho nodded, knowing that damn well.
he was checking han only for a hour every day.
and look where that got them into.

Minho went back to Hans room, and when han heard the door close, he shot his head to the door.

he noticed Minho taking his bag from the closet and putting his clothes inside.

"what are you doing?" han asked

Minho turned around.
"packing your stuff. you want to leave tomorrow in this?" Minho asked and showed him a hoodie with a sweatpants.

han nodded.
Minho continued packing the rest of the clothes, leaving the hoodie and sweatpants out.

"why are you packing my things? I can do that myself, you know."

"because you're moving in with me for a month."

Hans eyes widened.
"what-?!"

Minho looked up and sighed.
"you're not in a good place to live by yourself now, and since I'm the only person who can take care of you, you will live with me until your body gets used to the medication and you won't feel like hurting yourself anymore. the doctor said it should be a month. if I said no, you would be put in a mental health facility, and there is a possibility you wouldn't get out of there at all. I think it's better to live with me for a month than going to a mental health facility and stay there god knows how long. I'm practically saving your ass right here." Minho said and turned back to the bag.
"we will pick up your things from the apartment tomorrow after we leave hospital, okay?"

han nodded, still unsure about this situation.

"amazing, now, get some sleep. you need to rest."
Minho said and continued packing Hans things.

han just nodded and laid in the bed, falling asleep.
