tiny summary!!
mithra jagadeesh is a girl who had shifted to chandigarh at the age of 6 along with her family. she befriended a girl named shahneel gill who happened to be a year or 2 older than her and turned out that their family lived next door.
mithra became friends with shahneel's younger brother, shubman, who was the same age as her. those 2 were the only kids who were of the same age in the locality. rest of them were either older or younger than them. they ended up going to the same school and ended up being in the same classroom every year no matter what. this brought them closer, the 2 soon ending up becoming the duo everyone wanted to be.
both of them took part in co-curricular activities. the duo took part in sports and arrangement of events. shubman got selected for the u-19 team and mithra got selected in harvard at the same time. she would be missing his first match. the first ever match where he would be representing the country. different thoughts and feelings start to enter their head as soon as they part ways.
mithra after finishing her course, comes back to india and excited to tell shubman about her job, rushes to his house just to discover they had shifted to some other place. she also inquires her parents about it, but unfortunately, as they weren't in town during their shifting, they had no idea either. she couldn't contact him, and neither shahneel. it broke her. but she had to shift to mumbai for her work, so soon the thought went to the back of her mind, her job soon occupying the front.
but what happens when the 2 cross paths during an IPL tounament?
