There was Taehyung sitting alone during breakfast so Jungkook changed direction walking towards his table, putting the tray on it. Jimin has landed himself another set of detention and a heavy argument with Mr. Ku last night, so it was rather safer not to approach him right now.
"Hi," Jungkook pulled the chair opposite Taehyung out for himself.
"Hi," muttered Taehyung not looking up at him chewing on the sandwich as if it tasted horribly.
"Um... we haven't properly met yet," Jungkook cleared his throat. "But, I'm your best friend's roommate."
"I know," said Taehyung with the same colorless voice.
"Great, um... so, hope we can also become friends, we're the only male omegas at school," Jungkook knew it was probably the lamest start of a conversation, but Tae wasn't telling him to go what was surprising, Jimin would have been absolutely straightforward. "So, I hope it's ok if I sit here?"
"Sure," whispered Taehyung even though his whole posture was telling the total opposite.
"Fine. Thanks," Jungkook reached for his phone to press the screen so a song started playing and Taehyung looked up at him.
"Sorry, was listening to it on reply," Jungkook sent the boy an apologetic smile.
"What is it? The beat is nice," Taehyung glanced at his screen.
"Oh, it's my favorite rapper. Here, I'll show you," Jungkook was now glowing innerly as the plan was working so far when he found the MV to "Sober" then pressed play handing the phone towards Taehyung who leaned above the screen suddenly watching it like hypnotized. The song was playing when Taehyung was stuck, like frozen until the MV ended and another started loading. Jungkook cleared his throat so Taehyung looked up at him as if he has just woken up.
"Um... who is this," he whispered.
"His stage name is AgustD, he's my bro's friend. His real name is Min Yoongi."
The chair banged with the impact Taehyung stood up, a second later he was running out of the cafeteria when Jungkook was sitting there completely stunned.
