She watched the world changes and evolves as she was left without purpose and life, until Izuku appeared nearby heavily injured.
When Kiana read Izuku's mind and memories, she saw what he went through and was horrified by the cruelty of Humans from Izuku's world and Izuku's pain and sadness.
