[Tsukasa's POV]

I gradually reawaken from my slumber as sunlight pours through the blinds. As I open my eyes, the very first thing I see is possibly the most beautiful sight I've ever seen:

Of course, that would be my dear Rui. I smile fondly at the sight of him fast asleep, such a peaceful and endearing look on his face. I gently place my hand on his cheek and pull his face closer to peck his forehead, still unaware of the abomination that has made itself present on my own face...

After my small moment of affection towards my sleeping partner, I pull back and sit up, stretching my arms before hopping out of bed and heading for the bathroom, a spring in my step.

To my horror, however, the moment I gaze my eyes upon the mirror...

"AAAAAAAHHHHH!!!! WHAT HAPPENED TO MY FACE??!?!??!?!?!"

I notice a foul spot on my cheek. I frown in terror at the sight of the blemish on my usually pristine skin, petrified at the presence of the unsightly bump on my face. Oh, dear... What if I'm ridiculed for this...? Oh gosh, oh gosh oh gosh... My image as a star is going to suffer for this... All those tedious hours of skincare gone down the drain...

[Rui's POV]

I'm awoken from my peaceful rest as I hear the familiar deafening scream of my beloved Tsukasa-kun. Oh no, is he alright? My eyes snap open and I rush out of bed, not even taking a moment to stretch or rub the sleep out of my eyes. It was coming from the bathroom... I heard something about his face...? Did a spider crawl onto his face or something...? Aww, my poor sweetheart... I must make sure he's alright! I burst into the room with a concerned expression plastered on my face.

"Tsukasa-kun! What's the matter, dear-"

"EEEEEKK!!!"

The moment I step in, he hides his face away and looks away from me. I become all the more worried for him, and move closer to gently hug him in hopes of easing his nerves. I whisper to him sweetly, a worried tone in my voice.

"What's bothering you, my love? Why are you hiding your face from me? Is something wrong...?"

[Tsukasa's POV]

I freeze up as he asks me what's wrong with such a sweet and caring tone. Ahh... I don't want to hide this from him... I quickly spin around to hug him back, hiding my face in his shoulder.

"Th-there's... A dreadful spot on my cheek..."

[Rui's POV]

"A... 'Spot'...? ... Let me see."

He's this fussed over a spot...? Aww... My poor sweet Tsukasa-kun... He doesn't need to be so worried over something like this! I'm sure he still looks as cute as ever... I gently place my hand on his face as if requesting for me to see his face, to which he hesitates for a moment, before allowing me to proceed. as I look at his face, I see... A rather upset expression, as well as... The tiniest, most unnoticeable spot I've ever seen. I can't help but smile at the absurdity of the situation, feeling the need to comfort and reassure my dearest. I don't want him to be feeling so negative about his appearance when he doesn't need to!

"Tsukasa-kun, my love... It's the tiniest little spot! Nobody will notice, trust me. You still look as cute as you always do..."

I pull him closer and hug him tightly, stroking his hair and pressing a small kiss to his forehead to further bring him comfort.

"... If it really bothers you, I could cover it up with some makeup, hehe."

In response, Tsukasa-kun nods and hugs me tighter as well. He's so sweet... I don't want this boy to be feeling so down over some silly spot.

Later on, we're back in the bedroom and I've sat Tsukasa-kun down at the desk where I usually do my eyeliner. I carefully apply some anti-blemish cream before using some makeup to cover the spot up. Soon enough, it's practically gone. I step back and admire my handiwork with a cheerful smile.

"There, all done! How's that, my dearest?"

[Tsukasa's POV]

I look in awe at the spot which has been completely covered up by the makeup. Woah... This is a lifesaver...! Rui is the best... I beam widely and stand up to hug him tightly again to show my appreciation.

"Ahh, thank you so much, Rui! You're the best!!! A lifesaver, in fact!!!!!!"

I reach up to peck his cheek, feeling extremely affectionate for my partner in this moment.

[Rui's POV]

"A-ah... It's no problem, Tsukasa-kun. I just wanted to help my dear partner is all..."

I hug him back, my face flushed by his affection. I bury my face in his shoulder out of comfort and slight shyness. He's so cute...
