SHE STRUGGLED TO keep up with them. She had been on Rick and Glenn's trail for a solid eight-and-a-half minutes and counting along with the others. The horn that had been coming from Alexandria never ended and only grew louder as it seemed.

Although she had almost tripped over her own feet numerous times to the point she lost count, it still didn't stop her from running. Something had gone wrong in their home — no one was foolish enough to draw walkers toward them... or so they thought.

Kloe Rhee had to skid across the soil beneath her feet, gathering up dead leaves under her boots, before she nearly crashed into the back of Rick and Glenn. She panted heavily as they came to a stop, the brunet man raising the walkie to his face.

She felt herself grow wheezy, and particularly... dizzy? She stumbled to the tree closest to her and pressed her back against the bark, swiping away the sweat dripping down her cheek. Rick's eyes were glued onto the direction where the horn was coming from. "Tobin, it's not stopping. Light it up. You hear me?"

The crackling from the walkie signified that they were out of range and were too far away from Tobin. The static hit a certain spot in Kloe's head which shot an unsettling pain rocket through her skull. She grimaced, clutching her head as well as trying to steady herself.

Michonne had settled a hand on Kloe's shoulder, a great look of concern on her face at how sudden Kloe had gone pale. "You alright?" she wondered, searching the younger woman's eyes for an answer. "D'you have your reliever?"

Glenn, who managed to hear the commotion above the loud static from the walkie behind him, slowly turned around as he laid his eyes upon his wife. Kloe breathed heavily, lifting her eyes up to Michonne's. "I'm okay." Her eyes latched onto the several other Alexandrians, noticing how they were catching up rather quickly as they encouraged one another. In front of them were Jayce, Reina and Zayn. Kloe forced herself off the tree, subsiding the pain for the moment. "We gotta keep moving."

Before Michonne could say anything back, Kloe was off in a flash. Rick had already sprinted off, contacting Daryl through the walkie, while Glenn stalled behind with his eyes practically attached to his wife. Something was wrong... he could see it.

The Hawthorne woman managed to stay near her friend, worried that the relievers were not enough for Kloe's asthma. What they had planned for her was to take several harmless preventer doses. She was saving them for that particular day — yet, typically, it happened the day before. The relievers were mildly helping.

They all continued to sprint for another few minutes before someone yelped and fell forward. Kloe whipped her head to the side, spotting Annie on the ground after she tripped over. The Rhee woman knelt down beside her, pure look of concern in her gaze. "What's wrong?" she asked as Annie groaned and grimaced from the pain.
