Luciano's Point Of View:

There was a conversation going on from above. I still had no idea where I was, but I could tell that I was underground at least. I was on the ground for hours now. My back started to cramp and I rubbed it with my hand. I still couldn't feel my legs and I started to fear that they were actually broken. I looked up at the cell bars and pondered on how I could get out of here. I could see no guards, but I was not foolish enough to believe that there was no security. I only recently had a dream, which caused me to remember Rafael. He was the one who taught me how to use my aging powers, but when he left to help my grandmother, he spoke words that made me forget him. His power is over words, which is why he can say anything and it will happen. I started to come up with a plan to get out of here, but if Rafael wasn't in one of the cells, it would fail. I slowly crawled to the cell bars, using only my elbows, for my legs were still useless. I grunted in pain until my hand could touch the bars. I pulled my body up and saw through the bars. My blue eyes narrowed and I saw a single door. I was by myself in this room. I let my body fall onto the ground and I closed my eyes. I whispered, "Zwei." I opened my eyes and frowned. My body would not change age. I let my hand feel my shoulder blade. My fingers glided down my shoulder blade and I felt three names. Rafael's name kept me at my real. I could not use my power as long as it was there. I sighed and let my hand fall into my lap. My plan wouldn't work now. I heard the door creek open and my head snapped up. I saw the raven man come in, using his small feet to walk. He reached the bars and looked down at me with a glisten in his eyes. "Hello, child." His voice was ice cold. His beak widened, almost as if he smiled. "Hm. So, I did manage to break those feeble legs of yours." He laughed evilly and placed his wings around the bars to bend toward me. I frowned. My legs were broken. "Get your nasty beak away from me!" I smacked his beak hard with my left fist. He frowned and backed up, swatting his beak with his wings. He stopped after his shock was done with. "You, listen here." He pointed his right wing at me by turning his body to the left. "You will learn to be respectful." He walked toward the cell and put his feet into the holes. "I was given the authority to do whatever I want with you." His tongue licked over his beak. "And I will gladly do so." My eyes widened and I stared in shock as he started to unlock the cell with his beak. It clicked and slowly opened. I tried to scoot back, but my legs wouldn't move. He seemed to grin with his eyes. "Don't worry child, this will only last a second." He walked in with his little feet. He bent down on his knees and took a lock of my blonde hair. He sniffed it deeply and let it drop with his wing. His eyes were wide and a deep black color. His wings then started to change. They transformed into human arms in seconds. My eyes widened even more. What was he going to do to me? His human hands caressed my face and I shut my eyes in fear. I could feel tears threaten to show. He chuckled and his hand went down to my mouth. I startled to tremble, my body fearing the worst. He simply laughed at this and I felt him move closer to me. I tried to scream, but his hand covered my mouth. My eyes flew open in horror. His raven face turned into his human face. He was all human now, with black eyes and short purple hair. He had black tattoos around his eyes, making him look even more corrupted. He smiled. "Don't be afraid, child." He leaned in to kiss me and I tried to fight, my arms moving around to hit him. "I AM NO CHILD!" I screamed once his hand came off my mouth. He smiled and pushed me down to the ground. "No, not for long." My eyes widened as he held my arms down, making me completely vulnerable. "Close your eyes." I started to tear up and I did so. As his face descended upon mine, his mouth merely inches from me, I heard the door fling open. My eyes flew open to see the Raven man getting off of me. I gladly celebrated in my head. In the doorway, stood Rafael. My heart picked up at the mere sight of him. He saved me, like he always did.

Rafael's grey eyes locked onto my blue ones. It was weird seeing that his eyes were normal now, no longer dominated by the core's power (purple eyes). His whole body language was ticked off. He looked at the raven man and a scowl appeared on his face. "Make your way out of the cell." Rafael demanded. The raven man smiled. "I think not, little one." His eyes then widened as his body moved on its own. "What- what's happening?" The raven man opened the cell, got out, and closed it. He faced Rafael. Rafael frowned. "Now, do exactly as I say. Take the cell bars out and break your legs with it." The raven man frowned as his body began to break the bars. "No- no please! Forgive me!" He screamed as the bars broke off and his hand began to beat himself with it. His legs gave in and the raven man fell to his knees in pain. "Aaaah!!!" He screamed out in pain, still hitting himself. I looked up at Rafael in sorrow. "Please! Stop! That's enough! He learned his lesson!" Rafael looked at me and then at the Raven man. "You may stop. Let the bar fall from your hands." The bar dropped from the raven man's hands. He was now disabled, and stayed down on his knees. He had tears in his eyes and Rafael spit on him. "Stay here and think about the sin you almost committed. You will let Lucy and I leave this place, and you will not tell anyone what happened here. Got it?" The Raven man simply nodded as Rafael opened my cell. I looked up at him as he extended his hand to me. He raised an eyebrow as I didn't put my hand in his. I looked away. "I can't stand." Rafael immediately leaned down and put me on his back, supporting my legs with his arms. I held onto his neck as he walked me out of the room. He shut the door and we were now in a long hallway of sand. "How do we get out of here?" I asked. He looked up. "I'll find a way." He began to walk down the hallway. I thought about what just occurred in that room. "Rafael." He tensed up, but kept walking. "Yes?" I blushed slightly as my heart continued to beat at a fast pace. Surely he noticed, with him carrying me and all. "I remember you." He stopped cold in his tracks as he looked up at me. His grey eyes locked onto my blue ones. I suddenly felt cold. He then said something that surprised me. "Then there is no reason to keep pretending."
