"I'm just saying Breanna ,what would happen if you came across a coven of vampires and they found out what you are?what about then?",Sam asked.He's been doing this for the last half an hour and it's starting to bug me."For the fiftieths time Sam i'll be fine",I groaned."But what if-" "No what ifs",I growled,"I'll be fine and if I do get in trouble I can contact you on the intercom." "Fine",he said,"But if there's any trouble you WILL call understand?"
I rolled my eyes."Yes dad",I said in a bored tone.He growled."I'm serious",he told me.I sighed and turned around.
"I know you are.",I said,"and so am I.I'll call if there's trouble.Besides we've done this before I don't see what the big deal is." "The trouble is that even you admitted something bad was happening and now your going o a mission by yourself.Don't you think that's a bit dangerous?",Sam ranted."I suppose your right",I voiced,"But that doesn't mean we can just forget our job.So i'm going on this mission." Fine",he said,"But you need to promise you'll stay safe ad keep in contact." "I promise",I said with truth in my voice.
He nodded,satisfied with my answer.Just as I was about to turn around and zip up my backpack alice burst in the room."You'll leave in the morning Breanna and remember just because your away from us doesn't mean you can ignore us.",Alice informed me looking like a scolding mother."Yes I know and Sam just gave me te same speech.",I told her."Oh...",she said,"good job Sam".
I rolled my eyes."Well now that were done with this little conversation can I get back to packing?",I asked."You can pack but we still need to talk.",Sam said as he crossed his arms over his chest."Ya",Alice said taking Sam's side,"We need to talk about the mission". "What about it",I asked as I zipped up my backpack and slung it over my shoulder.
"Breanna this mission could be a big one and she's sending you alone.It seems a bit basic don't you think?A simple assassination.You know that's way to easy.",Alice argued."Your right",I said.She raised an eyebrow."So you see now?",she asked."Yes I do.",I said,"seeing as the mission is too easy i'd say it means two things."
"Whats that?",Sam asked."It means either it's a big mission and I might get killed..",I said trailing off."Which is bad",Alice pointed out.I nodded before continuing."Or their sending me on a fake mission by myself to kill me.",I stated.
