Friday morning, everyone was running throughout the house, preparing for the wedding tomorrow. "I'm going to go shower," Carly says to no one particularly. I should probably shower, too.
I wheeled myself into the other bathroom, struggling to get undressed. My ribs and leg were far from being healed, but the pain medication was doing a good job of preventing pain.
I was able to slowly climb out of the shower, but when I went to reach for my towel, the door flew open. "Carly the center pieces-holy shit!"
"AH!" I scream, covering myself with the towel. Harry slapped his hands over his eyes. I tightly wrapped the towel around my body. "Okay, you're good." I tell him. He slowly removes his hands.
"Sorry, I thought Carly was the one taking the shower," he chuckles, awkwardly.
"She's in the other one."
"No she's not. Ed just got into that shower." Oh no. Realization seemed to have hit us both at the same time, because I watched Harry's eyes dilate in anger.
"You have got to be fucking kidding me." He slams his hand against the wall, making me jump. I watch as he storms off to the other bathroom.
"Harry wait," I follow after him in just a towel. I shouldn't be walking either, but this is an exception.
Heather, Gemma, Niall, and Louis are sitting in the kitchen, which is between the two bathrooms, so they're seeing what is about to go down.
I watch with fear, as Harry bangs on the door. "Open this fucking door right now!" He screams, pounding on the door. I grip the towel around me, as everyone watches with confused faces. When no one answers, he slams his body against the door, causing it to open. "Get the fuck out of the bathroom you asshole!"
My heart sinks, when Ed walks out with Carly behind him in towels. Gasps are heard throughout the room. I stand there in shock. "I can't believe you are pulling this shit again, and with my best friend?" Harry says, sounding completely exhausted.
"Harry I can explain-" Carly begins.
"No!" He yells, but stops himself from screaming. "The wedding is off. I'm sick of this, I'm sick of you. I wanted this to work. I really did, but I'm tired, so so tired of getting my heart broken." I remain silent, watching Harry, as he tugs at his hair. "I jumped into this, and I guess I can only blame myself." He walks out of the room. I hear the front door open and close.
"I need to go after him," Carly says.
"No," Gemma says. "You need to leave. Now."
I look between the two, still in my towel. I look out the window, the car is still here. I look at Ed, shaking my head at him. "You should be ashamed of yourself." With that, I limp out of the house in just a towel, soaking wet hair, and a cast on my leg.
I look down the street, seeing him walking towards a park. I follow after him, going as fast as possible. When I reach the park, I see him throwing rocks into a pond. I walk up next to him. "You okay?"
"What are you doing walking around? You'll be in a cast forever. You are also in just a towel," Harry scolds.
"Yeah well, you're worth it."
"Yes, but I don't want other people seeing you practically naked." He tugs off his shirt, handing it to me. I pull it on over the towel, then let the towel drop to the floor.
"So, what now?" I ask.
"I have no idea. I can't go back to work," he shakes his head.
"Yeah," I sigh.
"All of this seemed like a good idea, when I walked into that bar and told you I wanted to go out with her almost three years ago."
"Man have things changed since then," I laugh lightly.
"I'm trying to figure out if it's a bad thing or not." I don't answer him, but look ahead at the pond.
"Harry?" I ask.
"Yeah?"
"I need to tell you something," I sit up and face him. He looks over to me.
"Okay?"
"I am kinda in love with you. And I don't expect you to say you love me back, but I just wanted you to know. I understand you've just got out of a serious relations-" he cuts me off by slightly pecking me on the lips.
"You are an amazing girl Eden Armstrong. I hope you know that," he smiles.

~Two Months Later~"I'm really proud of you," I smile, digging my hands into my pockets.
"Thanks," he smiles. "I feel like we're always in this situation," he sighs.
"Yeah. You'd think we'd be used to it by now." I look around. He sighs, looking down at me.
"I'm really glad I met you Eden. I don't think I'd ever be doing this, if it weren't for you. You've taught me things I'll never forget and for that I'll be forever grateful."
"Ditto," I laugh.
"I really hope you find someone, that makes you happy."
"You too," I nod.
"Well, I should go."
"Yeah." We stare at each other, before giving each other one last hug.
"I love you," he whispers.
"I love you too," I say, pulling away. "Promise you'll never forget me."
"Never. Have a nice life, okay?"
"Okay."
"Goodbye...forever I guess," he grabs his bags.
"Goodbye forever," I sigh, wrapping my arms around my body. He gives me one last nod and shoots me a smile, the smile I'll never forget, before walking away. "Good luck," I call. He turns around and waves in my direction.
I watch him until he was out of sight, heading to Los Angeles, California. Harry Styles was finally going to achieve his dreams, as he should.
A/N: Hopefully this made sense. Harry's no longer in a relationship of any type and has decided to do for himself. He's going off to get a fresh start, away from everything. Eden and Harry love each other, but there's will remain a friendship. They've decided to go their separate ways and don't plan to really see each other again. That's why they are saying they'll never forget each other and everything. There are only 10 more chapters left, so we'll have to see what's in store!!
