Arisa pov

"Annyeong! Oppa, are you guys ready? I'll meet you all at the venue." I just got off the phone with Scoups, and I have a lot to get ready. I'm nervous and excited at the same time; I hope everything goes well.

Oh, and if you're wondering why the boys and I are so busy, well, it's Joshua's birthday today! I've prepared a little something for him and invited the boys to join us. They even offered to help decorate and set up the place, which I'm super thankful for because I don't think I could do this by myself.

Now, let me get dressed for the day. I've booked a modern camper that has nice beds and even a mini bathroom. It's especially amazing at night for stargazing; the view is beautiful. I booked five of those because you can book more if you come as a group, which we are. They even provide barbecue stuff.

Luckily, I packed my duffle bag yesterday. If not, I might be even more rushed, especially since I had to pack extra clothes for Joshua because he's not aware of this surprise, duh!

"Look how beautiful it is, and since Christmas just finished, the decorations are still up. Anyways, after grabbing everything I need and dumping it into my car, I quickly drove to the place and helped the boys set it up. Jeonghan was supposed to bring Joshua here, although the boys weren't entirely confident in DK's ability to keep the surprise a secret.

Upon reaching the parking spot, Scoups and Hoshi greeted me eagerly. "Hey Arisa, we've set up most of the decorations already. Just waiting on the ones you brought," Scoups informed me. With their help, we quickly unloaded and arranged everything in our tent.

"Hyung, we're back!" Mingyu, Wonwoo, The8, and Vernon arrived from the supermarket with the meat and drinks for dinner later. Glancing at the time, it was 5:30 pm; Jeonghan, Joshua, and Woozi should be here around 6:30 pm, giving us an hour to finalize everything. I grabbed some decorations from my car and adorned Joshua and my tent, quite pleased with the result.

"Hey, be careful, you fool," I heard Seungkwan nagging at DK and Hoshi for horsing around. I was glad everyone was having fun; this surprise seemed like a good idea after all. *Ding*

Hanni: Hey Arisa, we're reaching in 2 mins. Get ready!

Okay, oppa!

"HEY GUYS! They're reaching in two minutes!" I shouted, and we all got into our positions; I waited in the tent, anticipation building. Soon, I heard the car pull up, and I quickly lit the birthday cake I bought that morning. As the boys started singing, I walked out with the cake, and Joshua looked utterly speechless. You should have seen his face as I held the cake in front of him for him to blow out the candle. "Make a wish, Shua," I urged, and he closed his eyes, mumbling something.

"Happy birthday, love," I whispered as he blew out the candle. "Woo!" DK cheered, thrilled. "Wow, thanks for the amazing surprise, guys," Joshua exclaimed gratefully.

"Don't thank us; this was all Arisa's idea," Scoups deflected the credit. "No, no, you all did the work; I just came up with the idea and booked it," I insisted, pushing the credit back to them. "Come on, let's not waste time; everyone did their part. Let's eat!" Hannie declared, ushering us to the tables.

Suddenly, two strong arms wrapped around my waist—it was Joshua. "Thanks, love, for doing this. I can't believe you all planned this; you're the best thing that's happened to me, and you always know how to make me happy." He kissed my temple, and I returned the hug. "It's no big deal; seeing you happy makes me happy too," I replied, holding his hand as we approached the table full of food. "I'll grill the meat!" Mingyu exclaimed enthusiastically; grilling was his forte. "I'll make the rice and noodles," Woozi, Hoshi, and DK chimed in as they headed to the kitchen.

I decided to mix up some drinks since I'd learned some bartending a few years back. "Alright, birthday boy, you sit here and wait; I'll be right back," I instructed Joshua as I sat him down in a chair. "Wait, where are you going?" he pulled me back playfully. "You'll see," I smiled and walked away to my car to grab the alcohol and cups.

"Can I have some space here, oppas?" I entered the kitchen, where the guys were busy preparing the food. "Sure," they made a little corner for me, and I got to work, quickly whipping up 14 drinks and making some extra just in case. "Woah, noona, I didn't know you could do this too," Dino remarked in admiration. "Dino, come try a bit," I handed him a glass. "OMG, this is delicious! What's it called?" he asked excitedly. "Raspberry daiquiri," I replied with a smile. "Thank you; want to help me bring them outside?" "Sure, noona," Dino agreed, and together we carried two trays of drinks outside.

"Here, try my famous cocktail," I offered Joshua a glass. He looked surprised but took a sip. "Wow, it's good! Where did you learn this?" he asked. "Back in university; I was bored," I shrugged, smiling.

Soon, the boys finished preparing the food, and we all sat down to eat. "It's so yummy," I sighed happily as the tender meat melted in my mouth.
