I was sleeping on my bed with my headphones in my ears as I tried to meditate and do my best to listen to calm music but nothing was helping me. Too many times we're all happening all at once. Savage officially dropped his new albums which I was happy about because that meant I got more time to spend with my man but I barely had that because he was working on Future's album and he refused to trim his beard down to his little goatee that he had before.

I was still tired and I was only off for a couple more weeks until I went back on tour so I've been flipping back and forth between LA and New York City. It's been almost 2 weeks since I saw Leland since he has been very busy. I FaceTimeed him two days ago and texted him today but other than that we haven't talked which made me kind of sad.

His Music came first and he was very hard-working but he could be very distant at times. I was busy working on another project as well for the upcoming year while he was busy off. but I have been enjoying my time since there was really nothing left for me to do in the last months.

New Year's was fun I got to spend it with my closest friends and family members and the New Year's sex I got on the day.

I sat on the floor with a glass of wine in the other hand since it was snowing outside in New York, the weather was really bad and the forecast told everybody to stay inside, so nobody was going out. It was me by myself and my cats since I bring them everywhere I go with me. Benjamin on the other hand stayed with Leland, I was glad the two were getting close I felt like a proud mom for some odd reason but I couldn't really explain it.

I propped up my MacBook on the floor, I was sitting crisscross scrolling through different movies on Disney Pus while having early 2000s R&B playing in the background from my speaker in another room. I had a blow of chips on the side and a big blanket wrapped around me and started watching different movies. I had my phone on do not disturb so I didn't get any notifications because I didn't want to be bothered by any distractions.

when I did eventually pick up my phone after two hours, I had 100 notifications most of them being from Drake going on a long ass rant about him and Leland having some sort of "beef" between each other that I was not going to dive into because I couldn't care about because I had too many other things going on at once.

I looked at a message that was sent from Savage most of being a bunch of weird memes that he sent. The group chat today was also dead because it was so caught up in our lives.

after eating another bag of chips to actually cook real food. when I walked into the kitchen, Meredith was in the sink for some reason usually cats hate water, but this one didn't for some reason she just stared at me with her beautiful blue eyes as I slowly picked her up out of the sink and placed her back on the ground.

I was getting ready to take all my materials out but that's when I heard a loud knock on the door. I was confused because I wouldn't think nobody would come out under conditions like these.

I walked out the door and tried to look through the peephole since it was really dark outside I couldn't see anything. I slightly open the door still having the chain lock on it. There was a tall man standing there. "Umm...may I help you?" I said shivering because of the air that was coming through the open doorway.

"Taylor let me in it's cold as shit out here, and I don't think I can keep this cat warmed for any longer," I close the door and then took the chain off and reopened the door again to be met with Leland who was covered in snow.

he closes the door behind him, taking off his boots and leaving them at the door. he had a suitcase in his hand and he took off his backpack with Benjamin in it. I took him out of his carrier instead of lightly brushing his fur with my bare hand. I placed them down on the ground and walked up to Leland who was taking off his coat.

"I thought you were still in LA working on your next project?" I say wrapping my arms around his neck.

"I still am, but I thought it would be more fun if I got to spend more time with you," He said chewing on his bottom of his lip. He gave me a light kiss on my lips.

"So you came all this way here for sex?" I said, raising an eyebrow.

"Well no! You see I feel like I haven't been the best boyfriend for the last couple of weeks," he said rubbing the side of my face. "So how was the Golden Globes?

"Ugh! don't even get me started," I say walking back to the kitchen.

"I saw what happened on TV, you know if I was there—"

"Was he going to smack him like Will Smith?" I said half joking. Even though Leland what is a kind of man he could get crazy at sometimes.

"Since we are here and alone with nothing else to do!" he said making his voice high-pitched.
