Liv was deeply immersed in her book when a soft knock interrupted her concentration. "Yes, please come in," she called out.The door creaked open, revealing a servant carrying a tray adorned with neatly folded garments. "The council meeting will commence shortly. Lord Elrond instructed me to bring you some suitable attire," the servant explained, placing the garments on the dresser."Feel free to take your time," she added before making her exit."Thank you," Liv replied, offering a grateful nod as the servant departed the room.Pausing her reading, Liv approached the dresser to inspect the attire. It was a striking blue hunting dress, complemented by a sturdy brown leather belt and matching wristbands.

Liv reached into her pocket and retrieved Tepig's Poké Ball. "Come on out, Tepig," she said, releasing the Pokémon."Tepig!" the Pokémon eagerly responded, appearing with a cheerful squeal."Hey, Tepig, do you want to join me for a bath?" Liv asked, smiling at the Pokémon.Tepig nodded enthusiastically and trotted towards the bathroom, tail wagging."Easy there, Tepig. Let me fill the tub first," Liv chuckled, turning on the tap to fill the bathtub with warm water. Once the bath was ready, Liv stepped in, motioning for Tepig to join her.Liv grabbed the shampoo she had brought and began lathering her hair. Tepig watched curiously as she rinsed her hair, occasionally dipping its snout into the water. As Liv applied conditioner to her hair, Tepig playfully splashed around, sending droplets flying. Laughing, Liv turned to Tepig and returned the splash, initiating a playful water fight between them. After thoroughly enjoying their bath, Liv and Tepig exited the tub and dried off. Together, they tidied up the bathroom, with Tepig using ember to evaporate the remaining water on the floor."Great job, Tepig! Thanks for helping," Liv praised, patting the Pokémon affectionately on the head.

Liv walked back into the room and retrieved the clothes she had laid out on the bed. Tepig, her loyal companion, nudged her hand as she dressed, helping her with the intricate fastenings of her outfit . With a grateful smile, Liv patted Tepig's head before turning her attention to her hair. She picked up the brush from the dresser and began to carefully untangle her locks, the rhythmic motion soothing her nerves. Once satisfied with her appearance, she decided to indulge Tepig in some playful moments until it was time for the meeting.Just as she was engaged in a game of chase with her Pokémon, there came a polite knock on the door. "Tepig, return," Liv instructed, her voice firm but gentle. "Yes, come in," she called out.The door creaked open, and a servant entered the room, bowing respectfully. "The meeting is about to commence. Lord Elrond has requested your presence, Lady Liv. Please, follow me," the servant said with a deferential tone.Liv nodded, acknowledging the message, and rose from her seat, smoothing out the folds of her outfit . "Lead the way," she said, falling into step behind the servant as they made their way to the designated meeting room.Upon arrival, they entered a spacious chamber adorned with comfortable chairs. "Lord Elrond will be joining us shortly," the servant informed Liv before taking his leave. After a while, Lord Elrond entered the room accompanied by several other individuals who took their seats. Liv noticed the attractive guy she had seen from her window earlier and discreetly sat next to Lord Elrond to avoid drawing attention. Lord Elrond began speaking solemnly, addressing the gathering."Strangers from distant lands, friends of old," he began, his voice commanding attention. "You have been summoned here to answer the threat of Mordor. Middle Earth stands upon the brink of destruction. None can escape it. You will unite, or you will fall. Each race is bound to this fate, this one doom. Bring forth the Ring, Frodo," he commanded.Frodo approached the stone plinth in the center of the circle and carefully placed the Ring upon it. As he did, murmurs filled the room. Then, a voice broke the silence from the far end of the room."So, it's true," said the guy whom Liv had noticed earlier, now identified as Boromir.Elrond acknowledged him with a nod before Boromir continued, "In a dream, I saw the Eastern sky grow dark. In the West, a pale light lingered. A voice was crying, 'your doom is near at hand. Isildur's bane is found. Isildur's Bane.'"Lord Elrond addressed Boromir with concern, "Boromir."Boromir pressed on, his tone urgent, "Aye, it is a gift! A gift to the foes of Mordor. Why not use this Ring? Long has my father, the Steward of Gondor, kept the forces of Mordor at bay. By the blood of our people are your lands kept safe. Give Gondor the weapon of the enemy, let us use it against him."Another member of the council interjected, "You cannot wield it. None of us can. The One Ring answers to Sauron alone. It has no other master."Boromir, skeptical, questioned the authority of the speaker, "And what would a ranger know of this matter?"But the attractive guy, identified as Legolas, intervened, "This is no mere Ranger. He is Aragorn, son of Arathorn. You owe him your allegiance.""Aragorn! This is Isildur's heir," added another council member."And heir to the throne of Gondor," Legolas affirmed. Before Boromir could respond, Aragorn gestured for him to sit down, saying, "Sit down, Legolas.""Gondor has no king. Gondor needs no king," Boromir countered."Aragorn is right. We cannot use it," the wizard interjected.Lord Elrond then emphasized the gravity of the situation, declaring, "You have only one choice. The Ring must be destroyed."The dwarf among them, Gimli, impatiently rose to his feet, exclaiming, "Then what are we waiting for?"But his attempt to destroy the Ring failed, leaving the council members visibly concerned."The Ring cannot be destroyed by any craft that we here possess. The Ring was made in the fires of Mount Doom. Only there can it be unmade," Lord Elrond explained."It must be taken deep into Mordor and cast back into the fiery chasm from whence it came. One of you must do this," he concluded.Silence hung heavy in the room until Boromir voiced his doubts, painting a grim picture of Mordor's perils."Have you heard nothing Lord Elrond has said? The Ring must be destroyed," Legolas countered."And I suppose you think you're the one to do it," Gimli added skeptically.Boromir voiced his concerns about the consequences of failure, prompting Gimli to declare, "I will be dead before I see the Ring in the hands of an elf."Gandalf intervened, emphasizing the urgency of their task, "Do you not understand that while we bicker amongst ourselves, Sauron's power grows?! None can escape it! You'll all be destroyed!"Meanwhile, Liv observed the proceedings quietly from her corner, trying not to draw attention.Eventually, Frodo volunteered to take the Ring to Mordor, with Gandalf pledging his support. Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli also offered their aid, followed by Boromir, albeit reluctantly."Mr. Frodo's not going anywhere without me," piped up a voice, belonging to another hobbit.Lord Elrond acknowledged their determination, remarking, "No indeed, it is hardly possible to separate you, even when he is summoned to a secret council and you are not!"Two more hobbits volunteered to join, insisting they wouldn't be left behind."Nine companions. So be it! You shall be the Fellowship of the Ring!" Lord Elrond declared. But before the discussion concluded, Lord Elrond surprised everyone by introducing Liv as the tenth member, designated as a strategist.Boromir voiced his skepticism, questioning the inclusion of a child, but Lord Elrond defended Liv's role, emphasizing her intelligence and quick thinking. With no further objections raised, Lord Elrond set the departure date for a week's time, marking the beginning of their perilous journey.
