Liv sat outside in the garden, engrossed in her book, when she sensed someone approaching from behind. "I thought I might find you here," remarked Legolas, taking a seat beside Liv. "The weather is delightful today. Perfect for reading outdoors," Liv replied, looking up from her book. "I looked for you after yesterday's meeting, but you were nowhere to be found," mentioned Legolas. "Yeah, I needed some rest after all that excitement," apologized Liv. "No need to apologize. Rest is important," assured Legolas. "So, any plans for today?" inquired Liv. "Not yet. I'm open to suggestions," replied Legolas. "Well, if we don't come up with something, I fear I'll succumb to boredom," Liv remarked with a chuckle. "What would you suggest then?" asked Legolas. "Honestly, I'm not sure," admitted Liv. "What about engaging in conversation? I'd like to learn more about you," proposed Legolas. "Sure, what would you like to know?" responded Liv. "Tell me about your family," requested Legolas. "My parents tend to be quite strict, and I have a brother and sister," shared Liv. "Are they older or younger?" inquired Legolas. "Both are younger. My brother is 10, and my sister is 8," replied Liv. "And what about you?" asked Liv. "I don't have any siblings. It's just me and my father," disclosed Legolas. "That must be nice. Sometimes I wish I were an only child," remarked Liv. "Why's that? Having siblings can be enjoyable," commented Legolas. "True, but they can also be incredibly annoying," explained Liv. "How old are you?" asked Legolas. "I'm 11," replied Liv. Just then, Liv's samurai morpher rang. "What's that sound?" asked Legolas. "Oh, just my cell phone. I should probably answer it," said Liv as she reached for her morpher.

I should probably answer it," said Liv as she reached for her morpher

"Hey Jayden what's up" asked Liv.
"Liv there's a nylock attack we really need you" Jayden replied.
"Is Antonio not there" asked Liv
"He is here but we're out numbered" Jayden replied.
"I would help but unfortunately I'm out of town so it would be impossible for me to get there in time but I could send you my zords if that helps" said Liv
"Good idea" said Jayden.
"I'm sending them now" Liv replied.
"Okay thanks we owe you" Jayden replied.
"Good luck" said Liv.
"Thanks we'll need it" Jayden replied ending the phone call.

Liv closed her morpher and slipped it back into her pocket as she strolled back to her seat. "Who was that?" inquired Legolas. "Just a friend asking if I wanted to hang out, but I had to decline," Liv responded. "Is he like your boyfriend or something?" Legolas asked curiously. "Seriously? I'm 11. Do you really think my parents would allow that?" Liv chuckled. "Fair point," Legolas conceded with a smile. "Do your parents even know you're here?" Legolas inquired further. "No way, if they found out, I'd be grounded for ages," Liv admitted. "That wouldn't be good, we need you," Legolas remarked. "True," Liv nodded. "Mind if I ask you something?" Legolas requested. "Of course not," Liv replied. "About what you said yesterday, about Boromir's comments not affecting you—what did you mean by that?" Legolas queried. "It's just that my brother often teases me, so I've learned to brush it off," Liv explained. "Does that tactic work?" Legolas wondered. "Most of the time," Liv admitted. "Well, if I stay out here any longer, I'm going to get a sunburn," Liv remarked. "I'm heading back to my room. Want to join?" "Sure, sounds good. I could use a break from the sun too," Legolas agreed. As they walked back to Liv's room, she and Legolas continued their conversation about their families. "What kind of things do you and your family do for fun?" asked Legolas. "Well, in the summer, my family and I go swimming, and my dad likes to throw us into the pool, even when it's freezing cold," Liv replied. "Does your father really throw you into the pool?" asked Legolas, surprised. "Yeah, he does. It's a tradition," Liv confirmed with a laugh. "What else does your family do for fun?" inquired Legolas. "Sometimes on weekends, we watch movies together," Liv replied. "What movies do you watch?" asked Legolas. "We often watch '3 Ninjas.' It's an action-comedy. I highly recommend it," Liv replied enthusiastically. "Maybe we could watch it sometime," Legolas suggested. "We could, if I had the DVD with me," Liv replied, laughing. Upon arriving at Liv's room, she unlocked the door and sat on the bed, with Legolas joining her. "What else does your family do?" asked Legolas. "Well, after Christmas or before Easter, we often go up north, and my dad tells us these crazy Bigfoot stories," Liv replied. "Sounds like a fun tradition," remarked Legolas. "What about you? What do you and your father do for fun?" asked Liv. "Sometimes my father makes me watch documentaries with him," Legolas replied. "Are they interesting at least?" asked Liv. "Not really," Legolas admitted. "What else do you do for fun?" asked Liv. "Sometimes we have archery competitions," Legolas replied. "That sounds like fun," said Liv, getting off the bed. "Ouch," Liv exclaimed suddenly. "Are you alright?" asked Legolas, concerned. "Yeah, I'm fine. I twisted my ankle a few days ago," Liv explained. "How did you twist it?" asked Legolas. "I twisted it while walking up the stairs," Liv replied sheepishly. "How do you twist your ankle walking up the stairs?" Legolas questioned with a chuckle. "Honestly, I have no idea. Sometimes I just twist my ankle doing random things," Liv admitted. Just then, Legolas noticed Liv's stuffed toy dog sitting on the bed. "What's that dog on the bed?" he asked. "Oh, that's Big Dog. My godfather gave him to me when I was a baby," Liv replied. "And you still have it?" asked Legolas. "Of course, I can't sleep without him," Liv admitted. "My friends always tease me about sleeping with stuffed animals, which is why I don't tell people about it," Liv confessed. "Are you afraid that they will judge you?" asked Legolas. "You could say that," Liv replied. "You don't have to worry. I won't judge you. There's nothing wrong with sleeping with stuffed animals," Legolas reassured her.Liv glanced out the window and noticed that it was pitch black outside. "Have we really been talking for that long?" she asked, surprised. "I know, it feels like only a few minutes have passed," Legolas replied with a smile. "You should get some rest. I'll come find you tomorrow," he suggested as he made his way towards the door. "Alright, goodnight," Liv said, returning the smile. After Legolas left, Liv decided to take a quick shower. Once she was done, she changed into her pajamas and climbed into bed. Before settling in for the night, she made sure to feed Tepig. With Tepig and Big Dog by her side, she drifted off to sleep.
