Gabe waved Ryan, the fresher officer to shut the window. Staring at the sudden climate change he diverted his gaze to William and Audrey sitting on the seat.

A loud roared and Ally on her way to the staff room clutched her files closer to her chest, smiling and then wiping it off Gabe cleared his throat.

"William, lets start from you." Gabe said and elbowed Archer sitting quiet beside him.

"We have got an interesting statement from someone; they said you called off your sister's wedding leading to some serious rivalry."

"Harold?" William smiled and Gabe hesitated remaining silent till he answered.

The winds are chiller, freezing Gabe whose casual clothes i.e., a sweatshirt and a LV jacket Archer gifted him, he had hung the jacket beside him. Bad idea. A loud thunder, the lightning shadowed the interrogation room.
"Yes. It did lead to worsening rivalry and of course I do suspect Rowan's father Pattrick."

"What's the proof?" Archer asked
"Proof? No this is my conviction." William corrected and Gabe nodded writing down his name.

"Why is Rowan's step-father not against Rowan and Mr. Pattrick's bond?" Gabe interrogated and noticed the silence between William and Audrey, he seemed to exchange gestures with her.

"Zac is blithe, imperious and he doesn't care about Rowan unless his business position is affected, Rowan's keen mind is his asset besides that the man is an animal." William's tone steady and even.

"That is-" Gabe sighed feeling the cloth cling to his skin.

"Mr. Zac Bell has been physically abusing Rowan since his mother died, mentally tortured him and that is why Rowan's close to Pattrick," William explained "And as long as it doesn't affect his performance, he wouldn't care."

"Is it true, Miss. Audrey, Aurora..."
Audrey nodded a slow nod and William glanced off at Gabe's jacket and then at Archer.

"Okay, the real question..." Archer continued as Gabe nodded to himself "So Miss Audrey is the girl you nearly cheated on Miss. Georgia with?"
A pause, William lost his morale and stared at Audrey who stayed quiet for good 2 minutes until William took the lead,

"Yes, but-but I couldn't."
"Was it forced?" Audrey's lips curled up in a grimaced smile and she glanced at William, the lightning shadowed and this time a thunder which lasted longer. William didn't emote anything. This time Audrey took the lead.

"Kidnapping someone is considered forced, isn't it?" Audrey raised her eyebrow, a fire glimmered in her eye which instead of fierce made her look weak. Weaker.

"I call it an intended assault but I don't want to..." she said her voice sharp and William didn't say anything.

"Is it true, Mr. William? Are you aware about the outcome of your action?" Gabe asked and he nodded.
"I am. Officer."

"Do you want to file a report, Miss. Audrey? Has he continued to take an action?" Archer asked, Audrey's face turned red as she shook her head.
"He's changed, I am sure." she pursed her lips glancing at him as he just looked at her,

"Miss. Georgia has cleared herself; she chose to be with Harold. As I see you're matured Mr. William, why are you against it?" Gabe asked, taping the pen's butt on the table, tension intensified bit more as the sky turned darker than before. Grey nearly black, the rain wouldn't stop nor will the thunder, it had enough now this was the time to pour out. Pour out what weighed them down.

"I am not against them, not anymore but I agree I fear Georgia's well-being."
Archer crinkled his eyebrows; the statement must've left him annoyed as well.

"Miss. Georgia Evans isn't a child nor is Mr. Harold." Gabe sneered at him and William's eyes darkened, something about his determined gaze made Gabe question many things. His fingers rested at his cheeks and his jaws were perfectly outlined reminding Gabe how he hasn't worked out lately. 2 years.

"Why is Georgia the only one trying to keep their relationship?" Questions. Which did have answers, unraveled differently in everyone's mind. True, Harold had never brought up their relationship, was Georgia believing something unreal?

"Is Miss. Georgia mentally unstable?" Archer spoke Gabe's words and felt a profound appreciation, he was trying after all.

"No! She's perfectly fine." William scoffed raising his hands and Audrey furrowed her brows as muddled as Gabe and Archer.
"What do you mean?" she asked and he exhaled a deep sigh.
"Fake statements might result into castigation Mr. William." Gabe warned lowering his gaze at William.
"This isn't fake Officer," he said and joined his hands together.
"Harold Jones has been my best-friend for 14 years and I know him," he said "In childhood, I have felt something weird happening to Harold, he's been an intelligent, a teacher's pet and an ideal boy anyone wish for even though he denies all the love he gets showered on with."
A pause.

"Georgia knows exactly and right now she's trying to make Harold feel love which he I am sure is too grateful about, he might love her. Harold might love her but..." William bit his lower lip and the lightning shadowed them once more accompanied by thunder.

"What is weird about such a perfect boy?" Archer asked, his voice low and terrified of the uncertainty.

"William, what are you hiding?" Audrey mumbled
"Harold loved Georgia." William said, his eyes blinking faster then slower as his chest heaved with what Gabe supposed to be the friendship he shared with Harold.

"I-I don't want you to suspect him."
"Speak coherently, Mr. William, this is futile." Archer said trying to force William into speaking. A tear escaped William's left eye as he faced them.

"At 17, I met Harry. Actually," he chuckled as the tears streamed frequently.

"He was there just-just I didn't figure it out."

"Mr. William, speak clear-"
"Harold suffers from DID. He turns into Harry, his other personality which harms people, harms what he loves."

A pause. Gabe's face felt cold, lips numbed and he turned to check on Archer, he was staring at William.
"A boy who was never accepted by his parents, no matter how much he accomplished to get the love he craved for, Georgia did. A beautiful miracle who he fears to be someone who'll disappear, like everyone he loved. His very alive parents."
