(first book in a while that I have decided to publish🥴 I seriously love Andrew's and Neil's fanart, like LORD HAVE MERCY. Andrew looks so good on most of his 🤭)

After the foxes had finished carrying their things onto the coach and were ready to leave that dark hole called Evermore, they were missing just two bodies. Andrew and Neil. Everyone looked around trying to find them but they weren't anywhere near. Soon Allison called others quietly over and led them towards the court they not long ago had won the championship trophy on. Nikey nudged Allison aside from the small crack between the doors leading down to the court and gasped. His cousin was crouched down in front of Neil and they were kissing.

'' Thank god Neil is a guy, otherwise, Andrew would have another thing to keep safe''

Dan smacked Nikey's head before his mouth could continue its stupid talk and collected her team to give the two a bit more time alone. It had been a hell of a night, even Andrew deserved a bit of extra happiness.

Andrew had a strong grip on Neil's collar as he pulled him in for another round. Neil noticed him being tenser than normal but didn't want to push the subject and left it be. He let Andrew calm his nerves by having his way with him. Andrew's tongue slid inside of Neil's mouth from time to time and his free hand softly breezing against Neil's thigh as if to make sure he was still with him.

Andrew pulled back, finally releasing his death grip on Neil's hoodie that originally had belonged to Andrew but after Riko was shot, some of the blood had fallen on his shirt and when Andrew noticed the blood, he threw him his black hoodie without saying a word to him. He knew Neil understood and knew not to ask about it and just change.

'' My legs won't move. I can't stand up''

Andrew gave him a bored look before letting out a sigh and letting Neil use him as a support.

Neil was careful to touch him as little as possible and as lightly as possible but in his current state it almost seemed harder than the walk down from the tower with his legs trembling underneath him.

''...102...'' Andrew mumbled as he had to carry his teammate's body up the stairs. Sure he was stronger than any of them but that night even he was exhausted.

Foxes smiled at the approach of them and Matt took Neil from Andrew. They took their places and once Wymack and Abby joined them they were finally able to take off. Matt had placed Neil down at the back of the bus. He saw how tired he was and thought the best was to get him away from all the noise their teammates were making as they celebrated their promised victory. Partly the reason was also that Andrew would be there and who was Matt to deny them their alone time? As Dan had said '' never waste a free room in college'' That rule also applied to other chances but none of the foxes were that bold to start getting at it while their friends were still in the same space with them.

Neil laid on his back covering his eyes with the back of his banded arm until Wymack turned the lights off and drove off into the night. Neil removed his hand and looked at the ceiling as the lights from different streetlamps beamed second after second. He had been staring at it quite deeply as he hadn't noticed Andrew move in his seat in a row right behind him. Andrew folded his hands over the headrests in front of him and looked down at Neil.

It earned him a curious hum with him sitting upwards. Neil's back leaned against the window of the coach he held eye contact with the blond.

'' you say 102 percent of the time but yet I still see you being unable to not either look at me or stay away from me for longer than 2 hours. Here you are again looking down at me with that bored face of yours. Wasn't tonight interesting enough for you to give me just a little more of a telling look?''
