Snowy day

Andrew and Neil were sitting in their dorm room and looking out the modified window while sharing a cigarette. They were on their second one. It had been heavily snowing since yesterday and the city had been covered in knee-height snow. There was no training and no school because of that very unusual weather. Andrew took a long last drag and put it out.

"Come with me"

He said to Neil who couldn't take his eyes off of the falling snow. Andrew disliked the cold and refused to crawl out of the blanket that even at that exact moment was wrapped around him tightly.

Andrew walked back over and used his index finger to poke the back of Neil's head, which startled the boy.

"Huh?"

"I said follow me"

"To where? we have nowhere to be today, it's too cold outside."

The blond raised his brow and crossed his arms under the warm cloth. Getting the hint, Josten pulled himself up and followed the grumpy short man. When they made it to the living room they noticed that the whole team had gathered on the couch and the beanbags. Andrew took in the still unusual sight for him but lost his interest in the situation quicker than it had come. He grabbed Neil's wrist and dragged him away and to the front door.

Dropping his blanket he reached inside the closet and pulled out his warm jacket, a scarf, and a hat.

"Get ready, I don't want to stay in here any longer with them"

He nodded and got his stuff as well. He had to borrow Andrew's other scarf as he didn't have one.

"You two going on a date?"

Nicky smiled at the two as he leaned on his elbows on the couch to get a better view of them.

"Leave them alone Nicky, let the two have their time"

"Oh please! I haven't seen either one of the two for the past two days without having something thrown at me when I go to check on them. This morning when I went to wake them up, Andrew threw his PHONE at me, because I said they looked cute cuddling like they were!"

"Whatever you say"

"So where are you guys going- and they're gone, thanks a lot Matt"

He mumbled angrily as he slid back into his place and continued watching the movie with everyone else.

Andrew's hand held onto Neil's jacket as he led them to the elevator and then in there.

"So, where are we going?"

"outside, where else would we be going?"

"Oh, I just thought you didn't like the cold so I didn't expect us to just go outside, you know?"

"There are many things that I dislike, including you but hey look, you're still here"

" It's amazing how long a person can keep lying to themself for so long, I might actually start believing it to be true if this continues."

"It is the truth, I hate you so damn much that I would much rather eat shit than have to look at your stupid face"

Neil let out a chuckle, earning the other one's glare. He turned to look at Andrew and stepped closer to him

"Am I really that despicable to you?"

"mhm, ever heard of a mirror? Look into it and you will see what I mean."

He said as he stared up at Neil as he leaned against one of the four walls of the lift. Neil stepped even closer.

"You have an amazing way with your words, Drew. Maybe we should have taken that warm blanket with us, you were so much nicer when you were covered by it"
