Her breathing was slow and measured. Her body was completely relaxed, so at peace, so comfortable with the soft feel of the sheet now warmed by the heat of their bodies. Frida took a long sigh before opening her eyes to find the friendly darkness of the room. It was still early morning. She closed her eyes again to take a second. She was still naked in Benny's bed. Her stomach woke up but not with hunger, but with a wave of butterflies as she remembered the splendid night they spent together. It was beautiful and magical, the best thing she had experienced in a long time.

She was not alone, Benny kept her well hugged from behind like a shell that provided protection. His left hand rested on her abdomen, his breathing was rhythmic against the back of her neck. It seemed like a dream. In her heart harbored a joy that threatened to suffocate her. She would give anything to make this moment last forever. Frida inhaled the scent of the pillow, it was her scent combined harmoniously with Benny's. If only she could capture it in a bottle and smell it whenever she wanted.

However, no matter how comfortable she was, she was not used to sleeping unclothed. Careful not to make sudden movements so as not to disturb Benny's sleep, Frida managed to escape his grasp and get out of bed. The floor wasn't cold thanks to the carpet, but the environment was indeed cooler. The big issue, what to wear? Her dress was definitely nit an option. The dim light wasn't helpful either, so, as she could, she walked with a hand in bed to guide herself. Frida almost tripped over a bunch of clothes. Their clothes! They left them on the floor last night when...

Frida shook her head and bit her lip. Now those memories now, she told herself. Among the mountain of clothes and half blind, Frida found Benny's shirt. She brought it up to her nose and inhaled... seven heaven! It perhaps wasn't the most comfortable piece to sleep but it was an opportunity she could not let pass. So she put it on. Once ready, she made her way back to bed. The clock on the nightstand marked 3:39 a.m. on neon lights. There was still time. Carefully, she arranged the duvet over them.

"Hmm," Benny groaned. Frida kept still, not knowing if he was sleeping or awake now. "Don't go." He reached out to her and hugged her tightly to his chest.

Frida sighed, moved by his words. She let herself be pampered and responded by hugging him too. "I'm here."

"Okay. Sleep." He muttered against her forehead.

No one added anything else. Frida waited a couple of minutes just in case he moved or spoke, but nothing. In no time she fell asleep again...

Someone was watching, she was one hundred percent sure. It was heavy on her, yet not bothering. Frida's eyes came to life yet again but this time the panorama was a bit different, more colorful. A dark blue duvet, white sheets, a body dressed on a grey pajamas... a pair of beautiful blue ocean eyes. Him! Benny was watching her. His face was totally illuminated by the morning light but also by a ray of joy. He was smiling beautifully down at her, leaning on his elbow on the pillow. "Good morning, sunshine."

Frida smiled at him in response. Wow, she really woke up next to him and it was amazing. "Hi." Her voice was hoarse and deeper than usual. Suddenly panic attacked her; sure she was a mess, with her hair tangled and her face stained by the remains of makeup, especially mascara. Benny's smile grew wider, confusing her a bit. "W-what?"

"You're flushing again." He ran his index finger over her cheek.

"Oh." She swallowed hard.

"It's lovely."

"You kidding." She chuckled, it was ridiculous! To flush every two seconds as a teenager? Completely ridiculous and annoying!

"I don't kid on in the mornings."
