"You said married?"

"Yes, married."

"A married woman, for real?!"

Benny buffed as he dropped his head into his hands, sitting on the couch. After a long, mind-draining day, he finally decided to call his dear, trustworthy friend. The issue is, Björn was asking too many questions. Benny needed to vent, and why not? An advice to give a rest to his mind that tormented him with obsessive thoughts. After receiving Frida's message and answering, his anxiety got worse, all because that brief message was all he heard from her. Two things were quite clear; Frida wasn't doing okay and she needed space. Space to put an order to her marriage. That was the issue, what tormented him. Now knowing what the situation was like, Benny made up his mind to fight for her, to protect her and show her how worthy she was. It was a primal instinct, and that was exactly what unnerved him. He liked her, yes, he liked a lot. But there was more, much more. Benny felt attached to her in a deeper way, he couldn't give explanation to the flutter on his chest that appeared every time he recalled the events from last night when he had her close. Damn it, he was head over heels for a woman to whom he'd just met two weeks ago. A married woman! Benny slipped his hands down his tired face, fed up with the married thing. He looked at Björn who waited in expectation combined with an expression of utter disbelief in his face. "I said so." He finally replied.

Björn let out a whistling before drinking from his glass of whiskey that Benny gently offered to him as soon as he arrived. "Man... you've dated younger, older women, models, remember Carinha? She was gorgeous." A mischievous smile crossed him at the thought but he continued. "This girl from Paris... no, no, I correct myself, all those girls from Paris! But never a married woman. That goes for the record."

"Björn..."

"Yeah, yeah," he pursed his lips. "Not that you wanted to. One cannot reign the heart." He frowned and raised his look from the glas to his friend, cocked his head and looked at him as if deciphering a puzzle. "Is your heart involved, by the way? Do you have feelings towards her."

Benny looked away and blushed. He couldn't tell he didn't keep feelings for Frida, but couldn't tell either that he was in love or anything like that. It was too soon and he still needed to fully make up his mind. "No."

Björn narrowed his eyes. "I see."

"Björn, listen." Benny sighed loudly. "I like her, okay? She is..." he paused, trying to find the correct words, not wanting to sound superficial. "Special."

"Special."

"Yes, special."

"Because she's married."

"Oh, no!" Benny blunted, almost horrified. "Stop with the married thing or you better go." Björn raised his hands in defense, giving up. "I'm not keen on meddling in marriages. But this just happened."

"Just happened..." Björn muttered.

"So is. Just happened."

"What has happened, exactly?"

Benny opened his mouth to reply but the truth is, he had no answer for that. Why? Because nothing had happened yet, at least not the kind of thing that Björn may consider. Nothing had gone beyond stolen little innocents caresses, blushed cheeks, longing looks and mischievous smiles. No more. No double intentions. So what with that? Was he perhaps making a storm in a glass of water? Benny's lips became a hard line, his friend got him thinking. "Nothing, in fact."

Björn frowned. "Okay mate, help me here, please. I need to comprehend if I gotta help you."

"There's nothing for you to comprehend."
