Babysitting for Niall Horan

Chapter 10

Niall POV

I feel so bad for Avery. She is sad and doesn't look herself. She not her happy and energetic self. She looks so down and I don't know vurnable I guess because of what her dad did to her. I couldn't believe what I saw when I entered in her house. She was tied up to a chair with a tape around mouth. It looked she was on that chair for a week now. I bet she is hungry. I feel like she hasn't eaten anything.

"Avery are you hungry? I could grab something to eat" I told her as I looked at her in the rear view mirror and she looked at me

"No it's okay" she said quietly and I sighed

"Avery you need to eat. You need to put something in your stomach. We all don't want to starve" Jake told her as he looked at her

"I'm kind of hungry" Avery said and I smiled at her

"What do you want to eat Avery " I asked her and she shrugged

Now she is going to back to her shy self. I know her shy self even though I know for a month. I know when she gets shy. She doesn't look at me or she just looks down on her finger like she is doing right now. It's kind of cute though when she gets all shy.

"You know you can tell me what you want to eat" I told her

"Can I have McDonalds?" she asked shyly and I smiled at her

"Yes you can" I told her

I looked at her in the mirror one more time to see if she's okay before driving us to McDonald's.

"Thanks for the food" Avery said as we came to the house

"No worries. Do you want to take a shower before you eat?" I asked her

"Yeah. I haven't showered for day. I probably stink now" she said

"You don't stink" I told her

"Yes I do but I don't have clothes to wear" she said

"You could wear some of my clothes. Here I could show you where the bathroom is" I told her

She put her food and drink down on the counter and then followed me upstairs. Avery walked behind me while I showed her the guest room.

"This is the guest room. You could sleep in here tonight and you could use the bathroom in here" I told her

"Thank you. Is the towels in the bathroom?" she asked

"Yes there's towels in the bathroom. It's in the drawers" I told her and she nodded "Come down when you're done alright" I told her

"Okay" she said

I smiled and got out of the room so she could take a shower.

Avery POV

I just finished taking a shower. I still can't believe Niall knew what was wrong with me. Also, I can't believe that I'm alive and it's because of Niall which I need to thank him. I wrapped myself around with a towel and got out of the bathroom. I looked at the bed to see Niall put out a pair of sweatpants and a blue t-shirt and I guess these are his clothes. I dried myself before putting Niall's clothes on. They're not too big for me. They are the perfect size and it's comfortable.

After I put his clothes and run my hair with my fingers. I went downstairs to see Niall is sitting near the counter table and he was just scrolling through his phone.

"Niall" I said and he looked at me with a smile on his face

"Hey. How are you?" he asked me

"Good. Um, can I ask you something?" I asked him
