I Like You

Hey guys! This takes place after Sophie teleports out of there. Also during the confession scene, I suggest you play the music. It's by Justin Beiber.

Sophie 

The first place Sophie could think to teleport to was the Shores Of Solace. She fell from the void onto the sand of the beach. She crawled until her back was against the wall of the house and then broke down into sobs.

She couldn't believe what they said. No one stood up for her, they just blamed her for protecting other people. No one understood her except Keefe. Just thinking about him, made her feel better.

After a few minutes her sadness shifted into rage. She was just trying to help. But all they see is a failure.

Before she could think of some things she would regret Keefe flashed into view.

Keefe 

Just seeing her sitting there, broke his heart.

"Hey, Foster." Keefe smiled sadly.

"Hey. How did you find me?" She asked between sniffles.

"I knew you would come here. You like the beach." He replied.

She managed a small smile. "What are they saying?"

"Well, Fitz was saying that how he was your cognate, he knows you the best and Grady was pretty mad at me for snapping at Fitz."

"Wait, did you say something?" Keefe could see the panic on her face.

He looked away sheepishly. "I mean, yeah. I'm sorry, it's just that they were disrespecting you and I couldn't take it anymore."

The panic melted away and was replaced with, was that love? "What did you say?"

"Only that you're the most amazing person ever and you don't trust them anymore. Also that you wanted to protect the people who didn't have enough protection. And that I love you." The last part Keefe muttered under his breath but she still heard it.

"Could you repeat the last part?" "It's not important." He insisted.

"Please?" She gave him the puppy dog eyes.

She's so cute. Keefe get those types of thoughts out of your head, she likes Fitz.

"I don't."

"What?" Keefe didn't know what she was talking about.

"I don't like Fitz anymore."

She doesn't? 

"Wait, were you reading my mind?" Did she hear that I thought her puppy eyes were cute? Wait, is she still in my mind?

"I heard everything and I'm still in there."

Keefe started to panic. He stood up. "No, no, no. You weren't supposed to hear that."

She stood up too. "Well, I'm glad I did because I like you too." And with that, she kissed him.

Keefe let out a shocked squeak but soon melted into the kiss. It was bliss. They were in sync. Her hands were in his hair and Keefe's hands on her waist.

Soon she pulled away to his dismay. "Wow."

"You took the words right out of my mouth Foster." 

Hey guys. I hope that scene was good. I don't have any experience writing romance. Also I'm sorry for making Fitz kind of a jerk in the last chapter but I'm a Sokeefe shipper and he deserves it.
