(A/n: Okay, be honest. Did I put 'Tao Yong' instead of 'Yao Tong' last chapter? If I did, sorry. I must have been having a brain fart or something. 😑👍)

The next morning I was up when Yao Tong came down at around eight-thirty to nine. I guess she really did read the handbook... not that anybody follows it. I snorted, downing the rest of my milk before throwing the glass in the sink before sitting back down on one of the chairs at the weirdly shaped table. I scrolled through my phone while Yao Tong was getting mistaken by the house maid.

"Ah, Miss, you shouldn't be here. The company doesn't let the members bring their girlfriends on the base. Last time somebody brought their girlfriend his salary was cut in half!" I snorted, still not looking up from my phone.

"No, Ma'am! You've got it wrong. I'm not someone's girlfriend. I'm the new professional player of the team..."

"New player?" The maid asked incredulously. "A girl?"

"Yes." The maid sighed in dismay before going back to her work.

"Ma'am, are you preparing breakfast?" Yao Tong asked.

"No, these are ingredients for lunch."

"Lunch?! We're supposed to get up at 8:30 aren't we?" I was almost laughing, but I made sure I stayed quiet, not wanting to interrupt this live comedy.

"8:30?!" The maid asked, looking at her like she was some psycho. "These boys work very hard, they trained until late last night. You'll be lucky to see them up before 12:30! 'Morning' doesn't exist in e-sports player's dictionary. I suggest you get some more rest. They'll only play with you in the afternoon."

"Ma'am, are you the only one taking care of the entire base camp?"

The maid paused in her work, "I'm only in charge of the cooking and house cleaning. They usually hire professionals online to clean the electric appliances around here."

The maid went back to her work, leaving Yao Tong to her thoughts. Yao Tong soon plodded off to who knows where. I turned my attention back to my phone, scrolling through Pinterest.

(A/n: Does anybody know where this lady appears again in the show? 'Cause I certainly don't!)

She soon cam back with a bunch of snacks and her laptop. She tossed me a couple snacks before logging into her game.

"Do you want me to play a game with you?" I asked. She looked over at me before nodding excitedly.

"Ok, wait for a second so that I can go grab my laptop." She nodded. I bolted up the stairs, trying not to face plant and make a fool of myself. I grabbed my laptop from Cheng's room then headed back down the stairs at a slower pace. I reached the bottom before dashing over to the talble. I set my laptop down, opened the game, and logged in.

"What position do you want me to play?" I asked. "I'm pretty practiced with all of them, but AD is my main position."

"Uh, you can play AD if you like." She said. I went AD mode. We started the game.

She was ridiculously good, if reckless. Definitely an advantage when playing alone or with only one person on your team, but not very good in a team setting. I hope Ming can help her with that. We had played quite a few matches before the boys started coming down.

Fatty cam down first, before scrambling back up the stairs to put some pants on over his Superman underpants. I had gut laughed at his mistake, only adding to his embarrassment and horror. I was still having giggle fits before Lao Mao and K came down with Fatty in the rear. K ignored Yao Tong like usual. I don't know what's up with him, but he needs to cut her a little slack. Lao Mao was cheerful, and Fatty was still embarrassed by what had happened earlier. The though caused me to start laughing again.

He sent a glare my way before grabbing his food. They all sat down at the table that reminded me of a fidget spinner. I will never get the reasoning behind modern furniture. It's like designers are running out of ideas, but don't want to be boring so they came up with the weirdest thing they could possibly think of. It's embarrassing to say the least. Anyway! They got themselves seated before eating their meal.

Just when I thought the morning couldn't get any funnier, Cheng came down, not even dressed, let alone shaved. The others stared at him while I was trying my best not to gut laugh, yet again. Honestly, my stomach is starting to hurt.

Cheng still hasn't noticed. He opened the fridge, grabbed some water, then looked at us. The others were absolutely shocked, but my face was obviously grinning like the Cheshire Cat. I snapped a picture of the situation on my phone. I'm such a good older sister.

"Morning," he said.

"Morning, Brother Cheng," Fatty replied, still in shock.

"Morning," Yao Tong said, absolutely amazed. His face lit up in realization. I couldn't help it anymore. I laughed. Hard. He slowly turned, not saying anything, and scurried up the stairs. I was practically falling out of my chair, wheezing. The others watched him go.

The others were muttering exclamations, but the only thing I could hear was the sound of Cheng struggling with his door and my own laughter getting even worse. Yeah, I'm going to be getting a slipper thrown at me later. I didn't care at the moment.

Yao Tong  was gone for most of the day with our friend Mr. Stone Wall, to get her necessities. While they were gone, I sat in my room, playing the game. I had a few face-offs with Hierophant again. Of course, he beat me, but I gave him a run for his money! I was proud of myself for that, at least. Anyway, I was still playing when they got back that afternoon.

(Sorry for the short chapter. I will try to remind myself to write more, but I have been losing motivation like crazy. I need ideas, so please comment if you have any. Also, Male Lead probably won't be showing up for a while. 😂 Sorry. Anyway! Hope you guys have been enjoying the book so far! Bye!)
