The bus ride home was silent. I was sitting next to Ming, silently comforting him.

"Hey..." I said quietly, "would it make you feel better if I say that she's a very kind and caring, but very spunky. She also accepted..."

He smiled slightly, cheering up a tiny bit. "Good. This team needs her spunk." I laugh a little bit, hugging him tightly from the side. He looked at me.

"When are you going to find a significant other?" I looked at him in shock. I sat up straight and thought for a minute.

"Probably after I inherit the company. I won't be so busy then and will be rather stable at that point," I said, contemplatively. Ming nodded, understanding my situation. "I'll inherit in about a year and a half if Mom doesn't push it up." I sigh. Work is complicated. Mom is most likely going to push it up.

Suddenly, Cheng spoke up, gaining everybody's attention. "Hey, who want's to go to (favorite restaurant)?" Mine and Ming's hands shot up. The others laughed and raised their hands. "Well, that's unanimous. Looks like we're going to (favorite restaurant) for supper tonight!" I do a little happy dance in my seat. YAY!!!!

...

We arrived at the restaurant and went inside. While we waited to be seated, thought about what we would order. I'm honestly going for (favorite food from said restaurant), but I have no idea about the others.

A few minutes later we were finally seated and had our orders placed. Yay! I love this restaurant. I started drumming my fingers on the table to a tune that I had stuck in my head. Eventually, Cheng reached over and squeezed the offending hand as if to say, "Enough! I will kill you!" I laugh silently. I love being the older annoying sister.

"Hey,  Y/n, what do you wanna do for your vacation?" Cheng asked, gaining the attention of Rui and Ming who looked over at us, waiting for my answer.

I thought for a minute before replaying, "I kinda just want to crash at the base camp with you guys and the new member who should be arriving tomorrow."

Cheng nods his head. "Ok. I can deal with that. You can help the new member settle in, too, since you are rather good at that. Are you bunking in my room or on the couch?"

"Preferably your room." I said emphatically. I do not wanna sleep on the couch. I'll probably run home real fast to get my portable sleeping mat, blankets, and pillow. Cheng nods, allowing me to bunk with him.

"Well, I'm just glad that I can see my bestie everyday for a week." Ming said. I laugh. If (b/f/n) had heard that she would have been insanely jealous. Rui sighed a laugh, shaking his head good naturedly. I pat the poor guy's back. I feel bad for him. He has to deal with these idiots everyday. Poor soul.

Our food finally came, and we dug in eagerly. I did a little happy dance. It tastes so good! (A/n: sorry, I'm a little bit of a foodie... 😅😂) Cheng huffed a laugh at my antics.

"What?" I asked, defending myself. I glared at his laughing, smirking face.

"Nothing, nothing!" He said, acting innocent. I glared at him more.

"Right. Sure." I said, turning my attention back to my glorious food. Ming and Rui laughed at us. I glared at them, too, pouting slightly. This only caused them to laugh all the more. I sigh, giving up. I continued to eat, observing the people around us.

The waiters bustled around from one table to the next, handing out food and drinks, taking bills, handing out bills, taking orders, and checking on the customers. The customers themselves were of very high spirits today. The atmosphere was very welcoming and warm. Overall, it was a nice place and only made the food all the better.

I turned my attention back to the conversation among Cheng, Rui, and Ming.

"The young lady agreed." Rui was saying.

Ming nodded. "Y/n told me."

"Well, no turning back now. Are you really sure that she will be good for the team?" Cheng asked Ming.

"She's perfect for the team. She's feisty, but kind. She has a big heart, but doesn't show much facial expression unless you really know her. I haven' seen her playing style, though. I'll ask to play with her next time I see her." I said, butting in. Their attention turned to me.

Ming nodded. "Her playing style is very risky and is definitely a solo player's style, but given some training she'll be perfect for the team. She's aggressive and likes to hunt. It might take her some time to get used to playing in a team, but once she does, you guys will be practically unstoppable. She'll definitely be a carry."

Cheng nodded, taking in all that information. "Ming, you'll be in charge of training her in. Y/n, you're in charge of helping her settle in like we've agreed. Rui, can you figure out a schedule for her?" We all nodded. That being agreed, we finished our meal.

.......................

"Hey, Cheng, I'm heading home to grab my stuff!" I yelled up the stairs at Cheng.

"Okay!" He shouted back.

"Don't die!" Fatty yelled.

"I won't!" I laughed.

......

After getting to my house I hurried to my hallway closet, grabbing my portable sleeping mat, then ran to my room to grab the rest of the stuff that I needed. I grabbed my laptop, too, just in case.

Once I got everything, I headed back out with my stuff, locking the door behind me. I then put my stuff in the back seat of my car/truck, the got in. I buckled up and drove out of my drive way. On the way back base camp I listened to my favorite band, (f/b). I love them.

Vibing to the music, I drove back to the base camp. Once there, I parked the car, grabbed my stuff, and entered the base camp. After changing my shoes, I brought my stuff up to Cheng's room. I set my stuff up and sat on my bed for a few minutes before Cheng entered the room with Fatty.

"Are you set up for the night?" Cheng asked. I nodded.

"I even have my charger plugged in," I stated, pointing at the nearest outlet. He nods. He got the look on his face where he is thinking of something. I squint suspiciously at him. Fatty sat on his bed, looking through his phone.

"Do you wanna watch some Attack on Titan tonight?" Cheng asked, gaining my attention. I nod my head vigorously, getting up and dashing downstairs to the living room. I heard Cheng laughing behind me as he followed. I sat down and turned the tv on.

"Do you mind if I text the others to see who wants to watch with us?" I asked Cheng as he sat down. He shook his head no, grabbing the remote from me to find the show while I texted the others.

'The Weirdos'

Foodie 1: Who wants to watch some Aot with me and Cheng?

Blind Cat: What does Aot stand for again?

Beauty Influencer: It stands for Attack on Titan, Lao Mao. I'm coming!

Blind Cat: Oh! Ok, I'm coming!

Patient Older Bro: I'm coming!

Foodie 2: Wait for me!

Stickler Boss: Just hurry it up!

Fluttershy: Don't stay up too long, you have a new team member coming tomorrow! Again, Y/n, why this name?

Foodie 1: Because it describes you perfectly.

The boys all came trampling down the stairs, including Ming. He was crashing in Lao Mao's and K's room so that we could renovate his old room for Tao Yong. He'll be getting a new room later when he becomes the new coach. Of course, the boys, except Cheng, don't know that.

We all crashed on the large couch and chairs as we watched a few episodes of Aot.
