Nightmare 🌃

I woke up due to the sunshine tickling my nose . I slowly opened the eyes , rubbing them for a few seconds and looking around. 'Oh why am I in the living room ?' I wondered as I sat up , getting hit with back pain which gave me shivers . I stretched my arms , slowly standing up and making my way to the kitchen . ,,Hello ?" where is everyone ? I should've already seen someone or hear those morning giggles from Han ? Curiously I walked around the house , scratching the back of my head as I found absolutely no one. I pulled out my phone , typing in Bangchans number but all I got was the mailbox .

Walking up the stairs , I found myself getting sweaty and nervous . The silence made me shiver . Where are they? They wouldn't just leave without saying anything ... right ? They would never do this to me... they could've at least call me or something like this.

I tried to open the bathroom door but it was locked . I pushed my body against the door , an uneasy feeling filling my body . ,,Hello? Can you hear me!" My voice was loud , loud enough for the other person to hear it .

As I finally heard a small *click* I opened the door , slowly stepping inside the room . I looked around , until I spotted a body on the floor . My eyes widen and may hands were trembling . I stepped closer to the body , scared to see who it is . By now I normally would've already screamed but something inside of me is telling me I can't .

I stood still as I watched the blood dripping from the persons nose and mouth , already creating a pool of blood on the floor . My eyes were shaking and my sight milky , nauseous spreading inside me . A string wrapped around my throat and all I can remember were my hurtful screams filling the house-

,,Hyunjin ! Ji wake up!" I got shaken awake once again but this time is was intense . I shot up , sitting up straight as I tried to catch my breath . The person beside me rubbed my back up and down with a comforting pace . I didnt realize what was going on yet , still sleepy and in shock from the realistic nightmare I had just now. My eyes filled with hot tears that were falling down on the soft couch material after a few seconds .

,,Hey Hyun , what's wrong ? are you okay?" I turned to the side , chan looked at me in shock . ,,What had happened ?" I asked , my voice wobbly and high pitched up .

,,You were screaming and shouting your mothers name ..." His soft voice was comforting and calming me down . At first I thought I calmed down but as the horrible sight of my mother laying on the bathroom floor with blood spread around her made me tremble once again , making me feel like screaming and running . This was the first nightmare I had that was build like this . It was so realistic and so cruel...

,,O-Oh just a nightmare." I whipped away my tears , slowly leaning back against the headboard . He looked at me the whole time , not once taking off his eyes . ,,Wanna talk about it?" I gulped , thinking about it . If I tell him , it wouldn't reveal anything .

I nodded , scooping closer to him as he opened his arms , inviting me . I laid my head against his chest , taking a deep breath . It feels so comforting once again.

,,Uhm I woke up and there was no one and I also called you but no one was picking up ... As I walked upstairs the bathroom door was locked and I tried opening it . Eventually I was able to open it and..." My voice broke as I was about to tell him the next part .

,,Its okay , take your time.." He whispered , rubbing my arm.

,,A-and ... there was a body laying on the floor covered in blood a-and... it was my m-mom." my voice gave up , just like my strength to keep my tears inside . Hiccups were leaving my mouth , trying not to remember the picture of my mom .the soothing feeling of chans hands on me made it a bit better , making me not have a panic attack .

,,This is horrible baby ... I can understand how you feel right now , no one would ever want to dream this . But I want you to remember that it was just a nightmare and not reality . Nothing of it was real , your mom is just fine , okay ? Wanna call her in the morning ?" he moved my head so I was looking at him , his soft hands on my chin.

I nodded , tears stopping slowly . He smiled , pulling me more into his hug and covering us both in blankets and pillows . It was about 4 am , still very early .

Chan would've woken up by now normally but now that I had the nightmare , he's staying with me until I wake up again.

My cold wet forehead was now dry and a warm feeling surrounded me .

I tried to forget the nightmare , just listening to the steady heartbeat beneath me and feeling the soft caressing on my back .

This was such a short chapter , I am so sorry but I'll publish another chapter tomorrow with lots of words . I was actually gonna write more but my boyfriend and I had an argument and I was feeling pretty down.. but I still wanted to give y'all at least something . See this chapter more like a trailer for the next chapters maybe ^^
