It's been about a week since Gwen left. I have gotten good at keeping a solid form, and run errands sometimes. The others are having a harder time grasping the concept. Ianto can get it sometimes, but he can't hold it. I'm the only one who really cares to learn and focus and use ghost-like abilities. I guess it's because this stuff has been fiction to me, and now that I have access to it, I'm gonna have fun with it. That does not include haunting people, though I would like to try it.
I'm talking with Tosh when the alarms go off. She instantly turns to see what happened, with me watching over her shoulder. "Alright," she calls, to get our attention. "Rift dropped something at the hospital. Looks pretty big. I'd say all of you should go. I'll stay here and monitor changes."
"Great," Jack says grinning. He hasn't has an excuse to bring any of his ghost team along yet. And Tosh you're coming too. Hazel hasn't been in the field yet, and she's only 16." I huff but say nothing. He does have a point. And I'm glad he's making Tosh come.
"Okay," she agrees. I think she wants to get back into the field too. "Lemme just grab some stuff."
"Take all the time you need, you'll still be ready before Owen," Ianto remarks going to wait by the door with Jack.
"What are we gonna give you..." Jack ponders, looking at me. "You can't shoot a gun, but you need something."
"Actually, I've been teaching her," Owen says coming over, just behind Tosh. He hands me a gun. "She's not amazing but she'll be fine."
I tentatively take the gun, not completely comfortable with it. "Trust Owen to show her." I hear Ianto mutter as we leave.
Three minutes later, we're in the SUV, halfway to the hospital. "It's moving," Tosh informs us. "It's headed this way."
"See if you can find it on the CCTV." Jack tells her.
Tosh types into her computer for a few seconds then gasps.
"What is it?"
She turns the computer to Jack. "Our dear friend, the one and only Captain John Hart."

I'm sorry but I don't have anything ready and its 10:21 right now and I just can't write. I will try, very hard (but no promises), to put something up tomorrow. I just can't do it tonight. It is physically impossible. My brain isn't in this right now. I'm also going to need to remind myself of John's personality before I write him. I'm also just giving excuses but this is the best I've ever done with a story. I had two chapters (over like three months) of my last one (on a different account) and I deleted it. Just gimme a chance I feel terrible not sticking to a schedule that I made.
