Eva stands around 8 feet tall though she regularly collapses her legs to be closer to normal height.

Backstory
Extreme Versatility Augmentation, or Eva, was born a human girl with genetic deficiencies affecting the development of her body. By the time she was 2, it was determined she was terminal.  She would die a slow and painful death as she withered away over the next year or two. 

A man, known to Eva only as the Creator, offered to buy the girl from her parents. If they gave him full guardianship of the child, he'd pay them handsomely and save her life. The agreed and gave their little girl away. 

The Creator would then go on to experiment with the child, replacing most of her nonessential body with high tech mechanics being built into her body and mind. He then called her EVA.

The Ceator has a remote than can control Eva most of the time, even if she tries to fight the command. Fighting it is rather painful for her as well so she rarely does it. She obediently let the Creator experiment on and command her until a year ago.

Eva fled from Creator to live a life of her own, outside the control of his remote. Eva struggles to fit into society. While she could talk, her social skills are at a minimum. Her emotional intelligence isn't much better. Things are hard now, but Eva refuses to give up. She will make a life for herself. Somehow.

Personality 
Eva has never had an interpersonal connection. She only knew obedience and indifference to the Creator. Because of this, she struggles with social cues and interacting with others. Social norms and rules escape her.

She's a curious girl but she's very careful which can come off as her being defensive or aggressive. However, she doesn't like hurting others. She's as gentle as she can be for a creature like herself.

Powers 
Eva has full control over the materials that make up most of her body. She can alter the mechanics on her body into a couple of different forms at will. These forms include a weapon setting, an agility setting, and collapsing in to a smaller size.

Scenario 1:
In this part of town, it wasn't too uncommon for piles of trash to be left in back alleys or along the side of the road. The heap of metal didn't even catch your attention as you walked by. That is, until you tripped over a small box.

You caught yourself, looking back at what had tripped you. It was some sort of remote though much higher tech than anything you'd seen before.

You pressed one of the buttons and a soft red glow came from the pile of metal back in the alley. It soon faded and the metal began to move. What you had once thought was a cluster of scraps unfolded itself and revealed to be limbs attached to a rather groggy looking person.

Her red eyes focused on you, then the remote in your hand. She didn't look aggressive, instead asking a simple question. "you woke me?"

Scenario 2:

Eva had been arrested after being caught stealing. News of her reached the right ears, though, and she managed to stay out of jail. Instead, she was taken into the custody of someone more suitable.

This can be a company you work for, a government agency, or anything we come up with (just lmk before we start if using this scenario).

You were then entrusted with her, whether for study or rehabilitation is up to you. You arrived today to take Eva. You were given her remote before entering the empty room where she was being kept.

Heavy cuffs kept her hands somewhat restrained, though the woman still towered over you. She narrowed her eyes as she saw you had the remote in your hands. "what do you want?"
