Moon Ga Young's POV:

Still being dragged towards the willow trees by Eun Woo, I called out: "What do you mean? The best is yet to come?"

His only response was a smile.

A/N: A glade is an open space in a forest or wood. See picture at the top of this chapter for reference.

When we got to the willow trees, he took me through its leaves to a breathtakingly beautiful glade.

I couldn't help but gasp at the sight.

There was a lake with swans, a field with pink tulips, and blossom trees, and in the center of it all was a worn-down marble building with columns.

"This way!" He told me excitedly, pulling me towards the building.

I followed him in awe at the scenery around us.

We entered the worn-down building and I looked around in astonishment.

"Wow! You prepared all this?" I asked him in surprise.

The inside of the marble building was strung with fairy lights and had a picnic blanket laden with plates of bread, chocolate, and all sorts of fruit. There were also candles and two pillows for the two of us to sit on.

He nodded proudly. "I discovered this spot a while back in elementary school. You're the first person I've ever shown it to." He admitted shyly.

I beamed and gave him a peck on the cheek. "Aww! Lee Dong Min, you're the sweetest." I told him.

I sat down excitedly, my eyes shining at all the things he had prepared. He chuckled seeing me so excited and sat down on the pillow beside me.

"I knew you liked chocolate and bread.. but I wasn't sure which one you'd like the most so I bought all sorts.. so feel free to help yourself!" He told me bashfully while scratching his neck.

I couldn't help but flush at his thoughtful comment.

"Just as I thought he couldn't be more perfect..." I thought to myself.

We began tucking into the food. I munched happily on some pain au chocolate while Eun Woo chewed on a buttery croissant.

He then finished his croissant and dabbed his face with a napkin before turning to me with another amused expression on his face.

"Noona, hold on. You've got some chocolate on your face.." He told me, leaning in with a napkin.

I could feel my heart beating rapidly as he came closer and wiped my mouth with the napkin.

After he was done, we gazed into each other's eyes for what felt like forever.

Like time had stopped.

And it was just us.

Before I knew it, he leaned even closer and we were kissing once again.

Our lips collided and our hearts beated even faster.

Just then we pulled away from each other, breathless.

Eun Woo opened his mouth to say something but was interrupted by the sound of his phone.

He took it out and read the notification.

"What is it? Is it urgent?" I asked worriedly.

He looked up from his phone disappointed.

"It's my manager, she's wondering where I am. It's almost time for the shoot." He explained.

He sighed. "I guess we'll have to pick up where we left off... another time." He said in a disappointed tone.

"Yeah... this was lovely though Eun Woo. I had no idea you were this romantic.." I told him shyly.

Eun Woo blushed and scratched his neck once again in embarrassment. "Well, I wanted to make our first date special..."

Just then my phone beeped.

I took out my phone and sighed.

"My manager is wondering where I am as well, I guess we both should start going our separate ways..." I told him with a pout.

Seeing me pout, Eun Woo laughed.

"Don't worry, we'll meet again." He told me with a smile.

I nodded with a grin.

"I can't wait for that," I replied to him with a beam.
