Chapter 11 - Beach Date

Cha Eun Woo's POV:

The sun was beginning to set late into the evening as me and my manager parked outside the set for True Beauty.

The set was a beautiful beach with foamy waves that rushed and roared as we stepped foot on the beach along with the staff, actors, and actresses. 

Seeing that Moon Ga Young and I had arrived in the company of our managers, the director beamed and cleared his throat.

"Okay, so shooting is coming to an end! Let's do our best for the final couple of scenes for our viewers! Ratings have been sky-high because of your two chemistry, so keep up the good work Cha Eun Woo and Moon Ga Young!" He praised the two of us.

We both nodded at the director. 

"Yes, Director-Nim!" We both chorused. 

Hearing this, the Director smiled with approval. "Okay, assuming you two have gone over the script for the Beach Date scene let's get started!" He said.

As soon as the Director counted down and yelled action, the two of us got into character, as Lee Suho the loving boyfriend of Lim Jugyeong, and Lim Jugyeong as Suho's adorable girlfriend. 

We had a blast filming on the beach, just enjoying each other's company and enjoying the sea air and wind flowing through our hair. 

Moon Ga Young took a stick and wrote a few words in the sand. Before I could read it, a staff member took a bucket of water and poured it over the message.

"What did you write in the sand?" I asked Moon Ga Young curiously.

Moon Ga Young just smiled at me cheekily. "Oh... it was nothing." She replied shyly.

I nudged her playfully. "If you say so... Lim Jugeong," I told him.

We ended up filming at the beach until late at night. 

Once we'd finished filming all the scenes for the day, the Director sang more praises to the two of us before allowing us to leave the set to rest. 

"You coming Eun Woo?" My manager asked.

I nodded. "I just need to ask Moon Ga Young a question about one of our scenes for the next shoot," I told her before rushing to Moon Ga Young.

"Noona!" I called out.

Moon Ga Young turned away from the car and beamed.

"Yes, Lee Dong Min?" She asked with a smile.

"I just wanted to ask you if you wanted to do ad-libs for this scene next shoot... " I said, leaning closer with my script.

Moon Ga Young leaned closer our heads now resting on each other and looked at the small note I had written on the script.

It said: "Want to continue where we left off at the glade?" 

Once she had checked everyone was facing the other way, she gave me a coy look and then lowered her voice so I could only hear.

"I'd love that." She replied.

Just then, I heard a familiar voice call out my name.

"CHA EUN WOO! There you are!" The voice called out.

Me and Moon Ga Young jumped in surprise before turning around to see the source of the voice.

It was Sanha, a dear friend of mine and a member of ASTRO a K-pop group with 6 members including me. Even with his mask on, I could recognize those twinkling brown eyes anywhere.

"You're done with filming right? Please come with me to this Hot Pot restaurant! I booked out the whole restaurant, but the others won't come with me because they said they're tired and they don't like cilantro!" He complained with a pout.

I looked at Moon Ga Young and mouthed: "Is it okay if I go?" 

Moon Ga Young nodded and mouthed: "We'll pick up where we left off another time."

I turned back to Sanha who was still waiting for a reply.

"Alright, I'll go. I'm starving after the shoot anyways." I said with a smile.

Sanha grinned pleased with my reply. "Then let's go!" He said rushing towards the car with excitement.
