Listen to "Train Wreck" by James Arthur.

Minho prayed with everything in him, to whom he doesn't know, but he did, to the universe, to the person everyone calls God, just so that Changbin comes back. But look where it got him to, he was now attending Changbin's funeral. Grievance was filled within every part of his body, he was tired of holding in his tears for all these years, but it's not his fault that he can't cry his eyes out, pour out every single drop of tear that he always refused to let out. On simple words, he was numb.

He wanted to yell, scream, maybe even at a non-existent person but his vocals weren't cooperating, felt like they disappeared.

Last night, he rushed to the hospital without informing anyone as he didn't want to ruin the most special and beautiful night of Jung Soo's life, also the way he ran out of the hall, he was glad that no one noticed him. After reaching the hospital and talking to the receptionist, he frantically ran to the room he was told Changbin was in. By the time he reached there his body already started to look lifeless, like death has already taken over him.

The doctor told him it was due to excessive blood loss caused by getting stabbed by a sharp object. Everyone knew it was a murder, but the cops took no steps to seriously interrogate the case. All they said was a few words of affirmation and,

"Don't worry, we'll do everything that is required to find the killer. Please believe in us."

That made Minho even more angry, because he knows they won't do anything at all, and after some days the case will be closed. They don't care if a detective or a cop dies, and they don't even look at it if a normal person dies, and those who do, are just outcasts whom no one listens to. Yes, they do care, but only for the cases that will benefit them in every way and in which the higher officials have their consent to.

I hate this world. I wish I could give justice to every person who deserves it.

Jisung and Felix arrived at the funeral hall in the morning, because Minho was too agonized to let them know at night. Even though Jisung never met Changbin, he silently cried, maybe because he understands what it means to lose someone you felt it'd be difficult to stay without, or at least he understood what Minho was going through. He let Minho hug him once he saw him sitting at a corner, hiding his face between his knees, for as long as he wanted to, until he feels better.

He didn't feel better, but he did feel warm, a comforting warmth that radiated from Jisung's body.

That stopped his body from shaking and helped him stand straight. Felix approached him, he was crying too but hugged Minho and patted his back. Maybe they were the only people he had who wouldn't judge him for not crying literally at his bestfriend's funeral. He watched as Changbin's family entered, then his boss at the café, and lastly Jung Soo.

The middle-aged man, who was Changbin's father cried along with the woman who Changbin resembled the most. Minho met his parents when they came to Gangnam to visit their son, and they were really so nice. And it was kind of unexpected that Jung Soo managed to come here, even if it was his wedding the last night. Truly, you don't need excuses if you're kind enough.

"Hyung, we should go back home. You need to rest, since you didn't get to." Felix suggested as he wiped his tears.

"He is right, plus his family is here so it's not wrong for you to head back home. Look at your face, you look like you might collapse any moment now." Jisung agreed with Felix.

As much as Minho didn't want to leave, he knows nothing would change if he stays here. Changbin wouldn't just appear out of nowhere and show him the pictures of the koala footprints he collected recently. It happened, nothing stopped it from happening, and it won't change. But there was this one place he wanted to go to before going back. Changbin's apartment. He's always had the spare key with him in his phone case.
