"FREE AT LAST! FREE AT LAST! THANK GOD ALMIGHTLY A NIGGA IS FREE AT MOTHERFUCKIN LAST!" L.A yelled soon as he walked out the hospital door
I shook my head laughing "boy stop yelling. Dramatic ass." I hitting his good arm he sucked his teeth
"Damn I can't be happy I'm finally out that bitch." I rolled my eyes as we continued walking to the car
"You was asleep, you act like you been in jail for 5 years" He huffed
"You just a hater. I'm out. I'm free. We finna party. I finna get crossed. We finna hit the strip-"
"The strip what nigga." I said cutting him off ready to hit his ass if he say something dumb
"mall. The strip mall like the strip in Vegas. I was finna say strip mall."
"oh okay. say sum dumb I'll put yo ass right back in that hospital." He laughed hugging me once we stop at the car
"You know I love you bae." He said kissing my cheek and I pushed his away
" Act like you got some sense please." He laughed pulling me into his body.
"I'm forreal though. You know I love you." He said looking at me and I nodded kissing him
"I love you more." Carti honked the horn
"Get yall asses in the damn car." He yelled out of window.
"fuck you." L.A said punching him
"okay you too stop." I said shaking my head
"Baby I need to talk once we get to home." He looked at me
"you finna leave me?" I laughed shaking my head
"no baby it's jus something I have to tell you." he nodded

We drove to his house grabbing his bags out of the car.
He got out the car standing there. Staring on the ground where he shot shot. I touched his arm "you okay bleu?" He looked at me nodding
"Yea I'm straight shorty." I nodded and we walked into the house everybody jumped out
"SURPRISE. WELCOME HOME." Everybody yelled he laughed smiling seeing all our friends, family, his coaches and teammates.
"Damn. Y'all thank you. Ian gone lie a nigga feel good about being back home." He said
"hey boy. I miss you too Pollo." He said smiling rubbing Apollo when he ran to him licking L.A and barking happily
"Okay everybody can hug and talk to Legend once he had a chance to settle in and get dressed." An elderly woman said I didn't know who she was but I'm assuming it's one of his grandmothers
"Welcome home my sweet baby." She said kissing his cheek when he leaned down to hug her
"Thank you granny." He smiled lookin at me grabbing my hand
"Granny. This my girl Vaiyah. Shorty this my granny yanna. My momma momma." I smiled
"It's nice to meet you ms. Yanna" I said about to shake her hand she grabbed it yankin me into a hug
"We huggs round hea girl. Oh you so pretty. L.A baby you got yo self a pretty one. She look way better than yo last. That girl look like a alien." She whispered the last part to me I laughed smiling looking at him then back at her
"Thank you." She smiled nodding
"You welcome baby. Imma let you two go I gotta finish cooking." We nodded smiling. Cartier and their dad helped him up the stairs.
