November passed without a sign of my signet, me and Liam can channel but we are forced to hide it so we don't have to leave Violet alone for an hour a day.

"I'm gonna go check on Vi before going to bed." I say to Liam he nods and I go to knock on her door but as soon as I do Violet yanks open the door.

"Violet? You good?" I ask she looks...weird

"Are you sleeping in the hallway?" She asks

"No just wanted to check on you before going to bed, are you sure you're alright?" I ask and she doesn't respond right away just staring at me before she finally snaps out of it and blurts out,

"I'm fine! I'm going to bed!" And slams the door

I'm sitting at our lunch table tomorrow afternoon we have the rest of the day off classes for our like once a month break so we are chilling listening to Ridoc talk about something when he accidentally knocks his mug of juice off the table. I suddenly I feel a rush of power, my heart starts to beat faster, and it's almost as if the world around me slows to a crawl. I see the mug falling in slow motion but I can move normally, I stand up from my seat and walk around the table to catch his mug before it breaks, when I catch it and stand back up the world is normal again.

I look around at confused faces mirroring my own

"What the fuck was that?" Ridoc yelps and takes the mug back

"I don't know" I say honestly

I start to walk back over to my spot but the motion causes the rush of power to cross through me yet again. When I snap back in to reality I stop running and I look up and realize I ran across the lunch room in a split second somehow ending up at Xaden's table. They all look up at me bewildered.

"How did you-" Imogen starts but the rush causes me to start running again but this time I can't stop everything turns in to a blur and I run and run, finally remembering what Xaden taught me I ground myself at my mothers shop and shut the door containing Lu's power, then I stop.

In the middle of the fucking woods
