It was a morning that was filled with warmth and peace. Mihitha was making coffee for herself. Today is sunday so she doesn't have a shift today so she plans to go to her orphanage and visit her family.She was missing all of them. It's been months since she visited her home. Suddenly her phone rang. Her face was bright up as she looked at the caller ID. It's from her favourite sister from her orphanage. Sister Maria.
"Mihu my girl, did you forget your sister? '' Sister Maria's calm and sweet voice came out from the other end of the call.
" No sister, how can I forget my best friend huh? "Mihitha said playfully.
"Then why are you not visiting us, it's been months since you come here”sister Maria complained to her.
"I was planning to coming there today to visit all of you guys"
"Ok that's great.come fast ok? We all are waiting for you, hmm? Ok I will see you later it's time for prayer so I have to go otherwise your lovely mother will kill me"
" ok bye see you sister maria, god bless you"
"You too, my girl."
🥀 In orphanage
"Mihi, didi didiiiii."A little boy called her name and run toward her when he saw her coming inside the orphanage.
"Kya he chota bheem"Mihitha kneeled down to pick him in her arms and said.
"Didi I want to tell you something"he giggled and said.
"Ahaa tell me chota"she playfully asked to him
"Didi I love you"he hid his face in the crook of her neck and whispered shyly.
"Harey mera chotabheem didi also love you"she patted his back and said teasingly with a bright smile on her face
"Sachi"his cheek turned pink shade.He blushed and said
"Yes Sachi"Mihitha kissed his forehead and said.
A sister saw her. And went to her.
"Mihu when did you come here? What are you doing there? mother is waiting for you and Aaru sister dhritha is searching for you. It's time for lunch.''A sister told them. Mihitha put Aaru back to the ground, he waved at her and ran away.
"Yeah, sister I was about to go there."Mihitha said by looking at the sister
"Hmmm go fast she is missing you, and he is mad at you for not coming here for weeks”
"That's why I am here now sister. I miss her a lot. "She said by looking at the office room
"Mmm, it's time for prayer. I am going may god bless you betti"the sister nodded her head and walk away.
" you too.Ok bye sister"
"Mihu you said you only miss Mother. Why not me." A little girl who was watching her conversation with the sister asked Mihitha by grabbing the hem of her kurti.
"Who said that I don't miss you baby I miss you a lot too"
That girl blushed and ran away from there.mihitha let out a laugh by seeing her shyness and walk toward office room

"May I come, mam"she peeked inside the room and asked in a baby voice.
"Oh finally Dr Mihitha Sharma got time to meet her mother"A woman around 50 years old said in a sarcastic way.
"Hehe maa I am sorry I got busy with exams and work"mihitha hold her ears in an apologising manner and said
"You girl, I am not your maa i am jist a mother."the mother glared at her.
"No you are. Anyway maa i miss you alottttttt"she run toward the chair and hugged her tightly and said.
"But I don't miss you "mother rolled her eyes and said in a teasing manner.
"Liar… Maria's sister told me that you are missing me"Mihitha kissed her mother's forehead and said.
"So you are here because she told you that right?"mother pushed her lightly and asked.
"Of course not maa I came here because I miss my maa"mihitha pouted and said
"Achaa anyway take a seat, my daughter"Mother smile slightly by seeing jer favourite child's behaviour.

Mihitha was distributing the sweets and dresses she brought for the children. Later she got a call from her hospital. It's an emergency so she has to go there. She went to her hospital

A woman in her late 30s was sobbing very badly in front of the ICU door. A lot of doctors are checking on her daughter. Her husband was walking back and forth in front of the ICU door. The tension was visible on his face. Mihitha went there. She was about to open the door of the ICU. Suddenly that lady held her hands. and started begging to save her daughter's life
"Doctor, please save my daughter. She is my life. I can't live without her,"she sobbed badly and said.
Mihitha held both hands of that lady in an assuring manner. "Trust me I will. Please stop crying. I will give your daughter back mom."
She went to the ICU. After 5 hours of long surgery. a nurse came towards that mother. and told her that the surgery was successful. She thanked her god and she told the nurse that she wanted to meet the doctor who did the surgery.

After that surgery, Mihitha went towards her cabin and she put her head on the desk and layed there. She was about to drift to sleep. A knock on her door disturbed her. She opened her eyes and let the person inside. It was the parents of that little girl. That mother folded her hands in front of her. Tears were flowing from her eyes Mihitha went towards her and held her hands.
"Thank you so much for saving my daughter. I don't know how to thank you. I am always in depth with you "she sobbed amd said
"It's my duty mam. Don't cry like this, please.”Mihitha assured that lady and said.
"You are like a god to me Doctor you saved my daughter. You are an angel. Who came to save my daughter."that lady hugged her and said.
"Mam I am not an angel or anything I am just a doctor. I only did my duty."she hugged her back and wiped the tears from her eyes and said.
