After 2 hours, the plane landed safely in Japan. They all boarded off and made way inside the airport. Japanese civilians greeted them with smiles and bows, feeling safe that the Japanese had reinforcements. The civilians couldn't sleep at night without worrying if China or North Korea would attack without warning. Now that the South Korean troops arrived, their worries lessened.

After grabbing their luggage and going through security, Jihyo informed them about the current updates while making their way to a truck that was waiting for them.

"I got word that it's North Korea." The boys gulped. "Apparently, it was them who kept threatening Japan. If a war does happen, we are prepared and ready." Jihyo encouraged them as she hopped in the truck.

"Yeah we ain't celebrating any time soon." Jeongyeon frowned at the boys, patting their backs, following Jihyo inside. The boys placed their belongings in the trunk and hopped in. They were greeted by a Japanese solider who was driving the truck.

"Hello! It is nice to meet you all." He greeted in perfect Korean. "I'm Corporal Kai, you guys can just call me Kai." The boys quickly saluted after hearing he's a higher rank.

"Kai," He turned to Jeongyeon. "How come your Korean is so perfect?" The boys, including Jihyo, were also curious.

"I learned Korean in college! I always had interest in your culture so I learned the language before anything." He smiled and Jihyo grinned at that. "I would also like to thank you guys. It's nice to have some extra support during these times." He started the truck and made way out of the airport.

"It's nothing. A good ally always helps." Jihyo gave him a nod and Kai smiled.

"Hopefully we can all celebrate with drinks!" Kai tried to turn the negative into a positive but Chaeyoung frowned at that. 'Hopefully.'

Kai dropped them off at their base. It was indeed an hour drive. Dahyun groaned as he stretched his body. "Finally! I'm tired of sitting down." He slightly stumbled since he couldn't feel his butt. Kai helped them with their bags and a few minutes later, more South Koreans arrived.

Kai showed them their temporary dorms and left the boys to settle down their things. Jihyo got back from settling in her dorm. She knocked on the door, that was propped open, and the boys looked up.

"I'll be with the other sergeants. If anything happens, let Jeongyeon know. I'll also update you guys okay about the situation." Jihyo was about to leave when Jeongyeon stopped her.

"Can we go out and explore Japan?" He asked with hope in his eyes. The boys looked at her for a positive answer but she sighed.

"No. We just got here Jeong!" She scolded. "We have a task to do." She saw the sad looks on the boys' faces. 'I hate having a good heart sometimes.' "But," The boys' ears perked. "If we're lucky, then yes." She finally said before leaving.

"She said yes!" Dahyun cheered but Tzuyu slapped his head.

"She said if idiot. We still need to focus." Tzuyu got back to unpacking his bag. Dahyun rubbed his head and Jeongyeon got up from his bed. Tzuyu and Jeongyeon shared a bunk bed while Dahyun and Chaeyoung shared the other.

"Let's go out and enjoy the fresh air of Japan." The boys agreed and followed him. The boys sat on some benches that were outside. They watched as the last few South Korean troops unload their stuff from the trucks. Jeongyeon loudly groaned catching the attention of the three. "I miss my wife and her cooking."

"Jeez, just say you miss sex." Dahyun rolled his eyes.

"You wouldn't know! You're still single!" Jeongyeon defended. Jeongyeon was older than the three. He's 30, pretty old in Chaeyoung's book, but he had insane stamina for a 30 year old. Dahyun's 27 while both Tzuyu and Chaeyoung are 26.
