After some hours, the three were back in their condo. They didn't find or hear anything else. They did end up buying certain snacks. Chaeyoung placed the strawberries in the fridge. His heart felt warm remembering his interaction with Mina. 'Such a beautiful name.' He sat at the living room, the other two joined him. They were watching TV until Junho suggested an idea.

"We should ask for back up when we go back." Chaeyoung furrowed his brows.

"We shouldn't." Junho looked at him confused. "It'll draw attention. We have to be sneaky, remember." Chaeyoung tapped his head and Junho nodded.

"Right. Forgot." He mumbled and the three kept watching the TV. Hikaru told them he was going to make some ramen again and the other two made way to the dinner table. "How should we approach that guy?" Junho asked. Chaeyoung thought about it.

"Not sure. Definitely we shouldn't push or breach in. We have to wait until he leaves, one of us act like we're interested in getting to know him. Pretending to be his friend." Chaeyoung gave his ideas.

"Hikaru would be perfect. He knows Japanese and the guy wouldn't suspect. You're smart Private." Junho smiled at him and Chaeyoung snorted. "What about the rude one?"

"That...I'm not sure." Chaeyoung clenched his fist remembering that cold glare. That scowl on his face, dark eyes, dressed almost like a gangster. Hair was slicked back, blond highlights showing. Few facial hair and piercings. A total stereotypical gangster from the 90's. He wondered how he got Mina. Was Mina into guys like him? Chaeyoung frowned since he was nowhere near that. He had some tattoos but the guy had twice more than him. His hair was black, not slicked back, a messy two block. He didn't have good sense of style and he was starting to get insecure. 'She'll never be into me.'

"Earth to Chaeyoung." He snapped his eyes to Junho who was smirking at him. "I know you want to beat the shit out of him but we are spies, not wrestlers." He joked and Chaeyoung chuckled. "That girl looked sweet too." Chaeyoung ears perked when he was mentioning Mina. "I'm guessing all good girls love bad guys." That earned a frown from Chaeyoung and Junho laughed. "Oh you like her!"

"Shut up. She only bought me strawberries, nothing more to that." Chaeyoung slightly blushed. Junho was wiggling his eyebrows and Chaeyoung remembered Dahyun. 'I should call them.' After few more minutes, the ramen was cooked and they were dining. Chaeyoung found this as an opportunity to ask.

"Do you guys find Kai weird?" Chaeyoung looked at each of them. Junho had a confounded look.

"I don't know him so I can't say." He shrugged, slurping his ramen. Chaeyoung nodded and looked at Hikaru. He looked hesitant but shook his head. Chaeyoung noticed it but didn't want to interrogate him in the middle of dinner. Junho finished his meal and got up. "I'll take a shower! Thanks for the meal Hikaru." He patted Hikaru's shoulder and headed inside his room.

Chaeyoung finished his food and placed the dishes in the sink. He went back on the couch and just scrolled through social media. His phone rang and he saw the caller ID. He smiled and answered. "Hey Dubu."

"Chaeyoung! I thought you died. You didn't even call us!" Dahyun's voiced echoed.

"I've been gone for a night stupid." Dahyun's 'whatever' was heard. "Are you guys holding up?"

"Yeah, doing the same shit. Jihyo misses you by the way. She said it was like having a kid away to college." Chaeyoung smiled at that. He also missed his sergeant and part time mother. "Oh Tzuyu wants to talk to you." A noise was heard of the phone being passed.

"Hey dwarf." He could hear his smirk.

"Sup Bigfoot. Everything alright?" Tzuyu hummed.

"Yeah. Practice was exhausting. You're really lucky." Chaeyoung mocked him which earned a laugh. Chaeyoung thought about his question he asked earlier to the other two. 'Maybe they feel the same.'

"Hey, do you guys find Kai weird? Ask Dahyun this too." He heard Tzuyu mumble his question to their older friend. There was a silence and Chaeyoung felt nervous.

"Dahyun said no but I do." Chaeyoung got up from slouching the couch.

"How?"

"Well, ever since the invasion. He was too calm after the death of his partners. His smile also scares me." Chaeyoung snorted. 'It is scary.' "Why do you ask?"

"Just, certain theories I have in mind." Tzuyu hummed in response. "I want you to keep an eye on him." There was a silence.

"Noted." Chaeyoung was bidding goodbyes and Dahyun quickly grabbed the phone, saying his goodbyes and 'I miss yous' to him, making Chaeyoung laugh. He hanged up the call and sighed as he laid back down on the couch. He was starting to get sleepy, not noticing a nervous Hikaru standing by him. Hikaru tapped his shoulder and Chaeyoung looked at him. He was showing his phone with the Korean translation. 'I also have a bad feeling about Kai.' It read. Chaeyoung looked at him, intrigued on his thoughts. 'So I'm not the only one.'

He took the phone and typed out. 'What do you feel about him?' They both had their conversation on the translation app.

'He's very different from the Japanese soldiers. Even the Japanese question him.'

'Differently how?'

'He would speak Korean out of nowhere which confused us Japanese.' Chaeyoung furrowed his eyebrows. He then recalled Kai talking in Korean over the phone. He was heading back inside the building when he heard Kai's voice on the side of the building. He was whispering but Chaeyoung couldn't make out what he was saying. He found it weird that Kai was hiding from everyone. He first thought it was probably his sister but they would be speaking Japanese. Chaeyoung ignored it at first but now it made Kai suspicious.

'I heard him talk in Korean over the phone. Was he talking to you guys?' Hikaru typed again and Chaeyoung looked at him. 'So he also heard him.' He shook his head and Hikaru's eyes slightly widened, a frown formed on his face. Somehow, Chaeyoung caught the message. 'Is Kai a...North Korean spy?'
