Kaiju Paradise:Hell Begun(previously Not a Paradise)

Chapter 19- Discovery

Bloom was sitting in the garden, nothing unusual, Orian was watching over when he sighed and decided to approach her.
"Bloom." He began with Bloom looking at him but saying nothing, the hazzy took it as her wanting him to continue.
"I hate to say it, i really do but... You need to stop whatever you're doing right now." He said bluntly, he needed to get his thoughts out. "Listen, Bloom, I know you already told me this multiple times but you're not cut out for a lead when all you do is sit in the garden watching everything happen... I understand that you don't know what to do but it has to change." He continued, during this monolouge Bloom was looking away but it was obvious she was listening, despite the words hurting her, she knew they were true.
"I... I'm sorry... I-" She was saying before getting intterupted.
"Don't apologize to me. Do something." He said before reaching his paw out for ger to grab.
"And I'll help you with it." He added, Bloom hestitated for a moment but grabbed the paw and stood up.
"Now... Let us go." Orian said before he made his way out of the garden, glancing behind him to see if she was following, and soon enough both of the raytraxians were outside, last time Bloom left the garden was when Chain forced her out, she still doesn't know what he wanted, hopefully he'll tell her soon...
"How about we'll keep this outing simple... We'll go around the facility to see the damage... So you can fully grasp the seriousness of the situation..." Orian spoke unusually gently and calmy which unsettled Bloom slighly but she tried to not to show it.
"The whole facility...? But the humans-" Bloom barely got to speak before getting interrupted again.
"I know, but I think we'll be careful enough."
And Bloom decided not to argue with him, she went around the place with him, getting more horrified with each room, seeing more splashes of that gooey blood, seeing the bodies slowly melting into goo leaving behind only the human insides they once had.
Bloom tried hard to not have a breadown right there, gagging at the horrendous sights, but nothing could prepare her for what she will see in the protogen room.
Just as she entered, right by the elevators... She saw it... A body of a protogen, but not any protogen but Chain...
Bloom covered her mouth with both her paws as she gasped before tears started streaming down her cheeks. Orian stood there, not exactly as shocked or sad as Bloom but still stunned, he expected this protogen to live longer.
Bloom hestitantly came closer before she noticed something... In his cracked visor was a knife, which didn't seem as unusal since well... Humans have weapons, that is untill she pulled it out, she saw it was covered in not only gooey blood but also had some orange fur stuck to it... She hoped that it just meant that they just didn't clean thier knife from the previous kill which is likely. She then looked around the room looking for clues, there were stains of the raytraxian blood, but it looked like a fight happen, only having raytraxian blood, and because of the fur covered knife Bloom came to a conclusion... Another raytraxian murdered him... Not new information for us but enough time has passed since this happened, someone had to discover this.
Bloom was breathing heavily trying to keep it together, her grip on the knife tight.
Orian decided to grab her by her paw and drag her away, he knew she needed time but he didn't get why, Chain wasn't anyone special, quite the opposite, he was the generic rude guy and such betrayals were bound to happen but who he was to judge her out loud? Still, this outing didn't go as planned, at all, so guess he'll let her have a break from it...

Meanwhile, in the slimehound room, where the goo puddles seemed to be smaller than before, Ashley had a slimepup held at gunpoint about to pull the trigger and end its miserable life, yet when she was about to shoot, someone blocked it, and out of everyone it was a certain sinox, Glowz...
"Hello again! Haven't seen you in a while." He greeted her way too casually allowing the slimepup to run away.
"It is the first time i see you... It will be last too..." Ashley commented, she knew well that no mattet what raytraxian attacked her she still had only one goal: to kill it.
"You may not remember me, but believe me, i know you better than you think... C'mon Ashley... Maybe you will remember who i am someday!" he answered to her comment this time not so happily.
"Now, enough with that, i just wanted to say... You should stop your genocide... What's the point of it? Is it something i don't get or does it really not make sense...?" he kept on speaking, then waited so Ashley could give her answer, she started at him for a second thinking that the sinox must be either the bravest or the most stupid raytraxian here.
"Why do you care? We just have a few of each species, excluding slimepups left anyways! But alright... if you really want to know, it's just my job, nothing more than that." she finally answered, using the exactly same excuse as always. "So don't expect me to feel sorry after i blow your brains out..." she pointed her gun at the sinox, yet he still was calm, like it was just another normal day in facility.
"How weird... You're really a... Strange one, but let me tell you, if you knew who I am things would turn out in different way... Sadly not that different..." Glowz said "But the thing i find strange is... You don't even bother to think about it, or about anything, the guilt... Felling you haven't felt in a long time... Regret... Never felt it before too. Oh, who am i kidding? You are heartless, I bet you already knew that, yet I hope that deep down in you there is some good... Heh... I don't think it will show itself anyways! Well... That's all i have to say... Hoping you are going to change... Well most likely not now but maybe in the far future?" he said at last, Ashley narrowed her eyes.
"Don't give me such monolouges..." She responded to his speech.
"At least you listened it..." He commented, then noticed Ashley pulling the trigger, he didn't panic, instead he managed to glow even brighter to flashbang her, which weirdly worked. He took the moment as a chance to run, and right as Ashley could see everything clearly again, he was gone.

"That fucking sinox... I swear, if i see him again, it's a shot on sight..."
She mumbled to herself and possibly out of spite she decided to forget the his words, she had a job to do afterall, she couldn't waste time rethinking such a stupid 'emotional' speech. With thar thought she walked away, already on lookout for raytraxians.

Glowz feeling like he's already quite far and noticing Ashley not following decided to quit running, he tried to catch his breath, when he noticed a familiar nuclear rabbit right next to him.
"Oh...! Hi Hypno..." He greeted the nuclear rabbit trying to appear the least... Well, whatever you call someone who goes in front of someone who's about to shoot someone and starts monolouging.
"I saw it all happen~! You don't have to pretend i didn't~" Hypno replied leaning slighly closer to him.
"W... What!?" Glowz was stunned.
"I must admit, i kinda underestimated you... That flashbang~! It seems like quite a powerful and useful weapon~" Hypno began.
"Really?! And what about-" Glowz tried talking.
"The rest was... Kinda stupid~" He interrupted him.
An awkward silence fell between the two, only a small 'Oh' from Glowz being heard.
"Anyways~ I have some buisness to attend to so... Farewell~!" Hypno broke the silence and left as quietly as he entered.
Glowz awkwardly waved goodbye to him before he started thinking about both interactions he had today.... Couldn't really figure out anything, other than Chain not being around, normally people would say in mind 'hope he's ok', but honestly, Glowz wished something terrible happened to him, and luckily, it did... He just doesn't know yet...
