Running in the early morning soothing cold breeze is absolutely my kind of stress buster, according to research (OBVIOUSLY!) it helps your body to release Endorphins which are the chemicals to reduce stress
and as an entrepreneur (dealing with unbelievable people EVERYDAY ! ) that's what I get the most ...Stress!
So , I am Ayaan Sehgal , a 25 year old successful entrepreneur living in New York city since 6 years . Well I'm an orphan too , although not having a family have never been an issue for me as I believe if I don't have it then I might not need it too .
Till the age of 16 I've been in an orphanage in India and have read in a boarding school there for two years but after that being academically brilliant took me to New York.
Growing up, I've learned to embrace every obstacle as an opportunity for growth and self- reliance is what my past made me believe on .
Starting from nothing and now at that point of my life where I've achieved everything I've dreamt of is a pure bliss .
In short I am happy with the person I've become , someone who's confident, mature , strong headed but soft hearted, optimistic and who have his own ways of looking at the world .

I came home and got ready in my formals when Milo ( my dog ) came running to me and jumped on me ...oh my boy! Giving me good morning hug !! ... Good morning buddy !
"Woff !" he squealed at me .
Then I picked him with me and went to the kitchen where I gave him his food while making something for me too. After that I reached office where lisa (my PA) was already waiting for me with today's schedule ...hectic schedule!...huff !
I was done with the first meeting grabbing the deal when it was almost lunch time and i sat down on my chair letting my nerves to calm. But I kind a got lost for a moment when the abrupt ringing of my phone made me come back to my sense.
