Night of the game, Nov. 20th
Third Person
TW: Blood, broken bones

Quackity had recovered from his sudden outburst in time for the dreaded game between the Blockdale Feral Boys and the SBI Prep Sleepy Bois. The outburst had rattled the team a little, but they sprung back.

Dream had also been cleared in time for the game.
And he was there on that fateful Monday, staring into the chestnut brown eyes of the Sleepy Bois' captain, Alex 'Technoblade' Muroney.
Despite his masculine appearance, he had bubblegum pink hair tied up into a bun. The blonde wasn't scared of intimidated by him in the slightest-rather, he found it amusing. To be the captain of the best varsity team and the area and have bright pink hair? He thought it was a sign of weakness, fragility.

(A/N holy crap where did that paragraph come from 😳 also be prepared for this shitshow because I have no clue how this works)

"Hut, hut, hike!" The blonde screamed, tossing the ball back to Sapnap. And they were off. The Sleepy Bois chased after the Feral Boys, mostly after Karl, who got passed the ball.

It was third quarter, and the Sleepy Bois were in the lead. That wasn't much of a surprise, seeing as they were undefeated throughout the season.

And then, a gangly blonde boy, Tommy 'Innit' Soot, got ahold of Quackity. The two toppled to the ground, and the ravenette screamed, holding his face.
A whistle was blown, and the game stopped. The med team rushed out, and Tommy was escorted off the field.

There was blood everywhere, and Quackity's nose was crooked. He looked like he was crying, and his face was twisted up in pain. All his team could do was look on in despair as he was taken off the field.

The game resumed, and a backup had filled in Quackity's place. The Feral Boys lost by a longshot that night.

It was expected, but still upsetting.

"Great job, guys." Dream looked at each member of the team.
"I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not." Punz squinted. The captain frowned.
"I'm being genuine, Luke," he said, "even though Quackity shook us up a bit, we gave it our all."
  Karl nodded.
"Guess I'll see you guys tomorrow. Bye." And with a slam of his locker, Punz left. Everyone else followed.

December
Karl's POV

It had been two weeks since the game, and it was now December.
There wasn't much snow yet, but I was still excited.

That's exactly what I was feeling as I skated to school through a light flurry.
I was wearing one of Sapnap's zip-up hoodies, with my puffy black winter jacket. I paired this with green cargo pants and a pair of white Air Forces.

I had owned them since my last birthday, so they were scuffed and creased. I had decorated the laces with Kandi beads, and Sapnap and the guys had drawn on them.

I arrived at the school, and went inside. It was freaking cold.

At my locker, I took off my coat and hung it up. I closed it and messaged Sapnap.

You
where r u
im at the school, at my locker

Spampams 😎
just coming up to the school now

You

I smiled as I looked at the text.

Sure enough, five minutes later, Sapnap hugged me.
"Hey, baby." I blushed. Dream and George came up behind us. Shit.

"Uh, hi?" Dream greeted. It sounded more like a question than a statement. We quickly separated.
Sapnap widened his eyes, realisation obviously setting in.
"Dream, it's not what it looks like-"
"It's cool. George and I are together too." That made me laugh.
"What?" George flushed. "Why are you laughing?"
"It's just-" I cut myself off, "you guys! Sapnap and I have thought something was going on months ago!" I wheezed as they both reddened.
"Were we really that obvious?" Dream asked. Sapnap and I both nodded.

"You guys never left each other's sides, George was always staring at you-" I pointed at Dream, "and you were constantly flirting with poor George." They looked at each other. "We started dating, like, the day after the Halloween party." Sapnap nodded. Then the bell rang.

  "See you guys later!"
