The sun was shining brightly that morning as Gwyneira was playing in the living room with her toys, while Ri'nela was in the kitchen cooking pancakes for breakfast.
"Papa!" Gwyneira giggled as her father picked her up spinning her in a circle.
"How's my little Siren this morning?" Logan asked his daughter as he threw her up into the air before catching her.
"Great. I had dreams about four big kitty cats. One was black, the other was whitish grey and it was really fluffy, but the other two were a lot smaller than the other two and a lot more timid," Gwyneira told her father excitedly.
"Really and what did these big cats do?" Her father asked her as he held her tightly in his arms.
"I don't know. I just remember somewhere hot with the big black kitty cat. Then somewhere inside a white room with the fluffy one, and then a Jungle like place with the two smaller one's that are smaller than a normal cat," Gwyneira told him with a confused look on her face.
"Seems like you must've had one interesting dream," Logan said, although he was a little confused on her vivid like dream. Gwyneira just nodded as she nestled into her Dad's hold.
"What did you feel when you saw these four cats?" Logan then asked his daughter, who looked thoughtful for a moment before a small frown formed on her face.
"Pain. But then seeing them filled me with hope and comfort," Gwyneira told her father as she fiddled with her fingers.
"Sounds like it was a mixture between a dream and a bad dream," Logan pointed out causing his daughter to hum softly in agreement.
Gwyneira then went back to giggling as Logan started to tickle her. He didn't like seeing his daughter frowning and he would do anything to keep her smiling. He then turned to the sound of feet pattering on the floor only to see his seven year old son carrying a giant hard covered book about animals.
"Morning little Shark," Logan greeted his son who smiled brightly at his father although he looked shocked to see him holding a giggling Gwyneira.
"Morning Dad. Why's Gwyn up? She hates waking up early," Percy commented causing Gwyneira to pout at her brother.
"She had a dream that woke her up," Logan told his son who nodded in understanding.
"Well I got a book about animals. Only if you'd like to read it with me later Gwyn?" Percy showed his sister the book he was holding.
"Uh-huh," was all Gwyneira said as she nodded smiling while clapping excitedly.
Logan looked from the three year old in his arms, to his seven year old and couldn't help but smile softly at his children. He also couldn't help but chuckle as he knew the two would probably get up to mischief at some point during the day. He then tried to place Gwyneira on the ground even though she attempted to stay being held, but she eventually was placed on her two feet on the ground with a pout.
"Don't pout," Logan told his daughter as he ruffled her soft silk-like hair.
Gwyneira chose to stay pouting as she crossed her arms. Percy was standing next to his sister as he had placed the book he had been carrying on the coffee table.
"Fine, if you want to be like that," Logan started to say as a smirk started to form on his face causing his two kids to suddenly be alarmed.
Gwyneira squealed giggling as she ran away from her father with her brother who was laughing. They were running all over the place trying to avoid their father who was trying to grab them.
Ri'nela was now standing in the door way watching her husband chasing his two children around their house. She debated whether or not if she should help him, or let him continue running in circles after the two little ones. She chose the latter option as she snuck back into the kitchen with a soft chuckle.
