Gwyneira was sitting underneath the shade of a palm tree near the beach within the Victors village reading a book. She was also enjoying the peace and quiet that was within the area. Except it was a little too quiet for her liking. Which begged the bigger question, what was Percy and Finnick doing that required them to be quiet.

Yeah, just like the eleven year old had guessed four years back, Percy and Finnick had became friends like a house on fire. Which worried her as the two got up to all sorts of mischief when left alone together. Then again for any out come that would more than likely happen, she was to blame as she had left the two alone to go read a book. But then again she was planning on going swimming with some sharks later, so she might be able to escape before her idiots come to her for help.

"Gwyn!"

"Neira!"

She had thought too soon as she slowly lifted her gaze from her book to the two boys who were racing towards her with Cheshire-like grins. She knew right then and there that they did something, which begs the question of what they did.

"What have you idiots done?" She asked, as she blew a whisp of white hair away from the front of her face.

"Let's just say Tyler is not going to enjoy his afternoon coffee," Finnick informed his white haired best friend, who just stared at the two boys blankly.

"One might say, he'll be a little salty," Percy snickered with Finnick chuckling at the horrible joke as Gwyneira cringed knowing exactly what that meant.

"You switched the sugar and salt, didn't you?" Gwyneira accused the two boys.

"We would never," both boys gasped dramatically with a hand to their chests.

Gwyneira did not believe their act at all. Spending her entire life with Percy, she knew him too well and even though she has been friends with Finnick for four years, she also knew him too well. That was one of the things both boys knew all too well, as they both loved and hated that fact.

"Okay, maybe we did," Finnick relented knowing that the girl was never going to believe them.

Finnick also didn't exactly want to be on her bad side. A little wary of what would happen if he did end up on her bad side. Then again he isn't certain she actually has one, but he's not in any hurry to test out that theory.

Percy could understand why Finnick had relented, because even he is wary about whether or not she has their mother's temperament. In other words it took a long time before their mother would snap. He kinda hopes that with how friendly, sweet and caring Gwyneira is, that she won't actually have a bad side.

"In all fairness this has to be expected when you leave us alone for more than five minutes," Percy commented as he gave his sister a cheeky grin.

Gwyneria just rolled her eyes playfully as she sent her brother an exasperated look.

"Fair enough," she shrugged nonchalantly.

"So, what are you reading?" Finnick asked his short best friend.

"A book Mags gave me to read," she responded. Purposely not revealing what the story is about.

"And?" Finnick urged her to continue.

Percy looked between the two in mild amusement. He knows Gwyneira loves to make things more difficult than they need to be. That's one of the many reasons why it makes Gwyneira, well Gwyneira.

"It's about two people," she continued to be vague in how she answered.

"Gwyneira!" Finnick whined knowing that Gwyneira was doing it on purpose.
