Inayah's POV
So as usual I am the first one to arrive. I sat down on a table and waited for my DEAR friends to arrive.
(Not the sarcasm)
Abruptly I saw Fahad coming, and I waved to him. He came and sat infront of me. Fahad is an introvert, a big introvert, but we have made him speak a little.
"So how's the dashing Fahad Bilal doing now a days" I exclaimed.
"I am clearly doing well and recently got a job as well" He replied.
"So what about a girlfriend or something?" I inquired.
He chuckled nervously and responded,
"No luck I guess"
"Koi nhi tum jese handsome banday ko kon reject kar sakta ha" I assured.
(Who can reject a handsome man like you)
He just shrugged at my comment and asked,
"What about your love life?"
And thankfully at that moment I saw the marvelous couple Hira and Shaheer arriving. It's not like I didn't wanted to tell Fahad about Arhaan but I wanted to disclose all this Infront of everyone.
"So there is the gorgeous Hira and the charming Shaheer" I declared.
"Hey guys" Hira announced.
Shaheer went and hugged Fahad while I hugged Hira. I missed her so much and it felt like ages ago we talked as she was busy in her life and well I was in mine.
"I missed you chawal insaan" Hira mumbled.
"I missed you more dafar" I responded.
"Uhhh i am gonna cry" I claimed.
"No no crying today or we'll get scared by your faces girls" Sherry giggled.
"You're still mean man" I announced
"How do you love him seriously Hira" I continued.
Everybody laughed on my statement and Shaheer just rolled his eyes.
"So whom are we waiting for?" Fahad said.
"Obviously the late commer Maheer Affan" Sherry announced.
"Guys the wait is over and I am here" Maheer exclaimed.
"Finally Heer you're here" Hira spoke.
I and Hira insteantly jumped on Mahi and took her in a bone crashing hug.
"How are you guys doing, finally we got the time to meet, it feels like collage" She explained.
We all sat on our seats and ordered the food.
"So let's start with everyone tell us the major news happened in your life." Maheer exclaimed.
"So let's start with Hira" Fahad announced.
"Okay so the major thing that I want to tell you guys is that Me and Sherry are getting married in 7-8 months."
She replied.
Everyone hooted and were really excited.
"So someone is going to become Mrs Hira Shaheer Khan" I teases.
She nodded and Shaheer just scarached his neck from the side.
"So Fahad your turn, tell us something major" Maheer announced.
"Ahhhh there was nothing that major but I got a job and our family is shifting our house from Pindi to Islamabad. So no more long drives to come to the company" he elaborated.
"Ohoo treat to banti ha Fahad" Hira demanded.
(Treat is necessary)
Fahad shows us a thumbs up and Shaheer said,
"Maheer it's your turn"
"Okay so the major update is that I am currently applying in Universities to study more in Fashion designing and than I have plans to start a work online side by side"
"Nice plans girl" I announced.
"So Ms Inayah Ahmed what are your major news" Hira asked.
"Aghhh guys you know don't shout just listen to me calmly okay?"
Everyone hummed in response and I announced,
"Guys I am dating a guy and I love him from the bottom of my heart and soon I guess we might even get engaged"
"Whatt!!!!" Everyone exclaimed.
"Guys I told you to relax na" I declared.
"This is not the topic to relax broo" Maheen shouted.
"Who's he, what does he do, where did you guys meet etc" Hira questioned.
"What does he looks like and on top of that what's his name girl" Sherry inquired.
Fahad was silent the whole time and was lost somewhere. He didn't look in anyone's eyes.
"Guys let me explain, His name is Arhaan Husnain Ali. He is the head of the IT department in his father's company. He will be turning 25 in a few months. I met him for the first time in a shopping mall where he saved me from getting hit by a car. Afterwards I did an internship in his company and slowly and gradually we both started falling for eachother. One day we were just visiting some places and then at last at Monal he proposed me and I said yes. He has a great family which consists of his parents elder brother, younger sister, his uncle aunt and 2 younger cousins.
He is a total gentleman and respects and cares for me. His family is already to come to our place to fix the alliance but I have only talked to mama yet and she will talk to baba. Meanwhile there is a meeting fixed b/w Arhaan and Bhai tomorrow for him to ask my hand. Arhaan and I are totally in love and I can do anything for him. He's the best of all. It was a love at first sight. He's a total extrovert like me but is a little more sensible. He was the one with me when no one was there. His elder brother got recently married and I attended all the functions as well and let me tell you his family is very sweet and cool. But I guess his grandma is a little strict."
I elaborated.
"Anything else" I asked.
"That's alot to absorb but if you say so we will consider him a great one." Maheer exclaimed.
"Show us his picture na" Sherry said.
"Excuse me guys bathroom break" Fahad declared.
We all nodded and I showed them Arhaan's picture.
