Vale City
We find Team RWBY and AZRE walking down the streets of vale seeing the preparation for the Vytal festival.
Weiss: Oh this so exciting.
Ruby: You're in a good mood today Weiss.
Weiss: How could I not be, a culture festival dedicated to the whole world.
Hyde: We had plenty of those back home, so I don't see the big deal.
Yu: Well this is the first one we have in Remnant, so I'm curious how different this world's culture is?
Blake: I heard that there will be a parade and dance.
Y/n: I'm more hyped about the tournament, I want to see what other weapons they can offer.
Weiss: OOh the organization of this event is simply breathtaking.
Yang: And now you made it sound boring Weissy.
Weiss: Quiet you!
The group then made their way to the docks as the salty air from the sea assaulted their noses causing some to recoil.
Y/n: Geez the air here is way too salty.
Yang: Can someone remind me why are we spending our time at a stupid dock.
Hyde: Apparently other students, mainly from Vacuo, are coming in today.
Weiss: And as a representative of Beacon, I feel it is our solemn duty to welcome them to this fine kingdom.
Y/n:*deadpan*..........You want to scope out the competition for the tourny, don't you snowflake.
Weiss: You can't prove it!
Yang: There is no reason, we're practically stronger than everyone in this world.
Weiss: Well it doesn't hurt to be ready for them.
Hyde: Hey guys, check this out.
They all look to see where Hyde was pointing, they see a crime scene covered in yellow tape, busted down door, broken windows with two familiar faces as they walk toward the scene.
Y/n: what happened here?
Adachi: A dust robbery, second one this week.
Yang: Hold on, you're that one cop we met.
Adachi: Hm, oh hey good to see ya. I guess the others here would be your friends.
Hazma: Oh, you know these kids Adachi?
Adachi: More or less.
Yu: Back to topic, what do you mean by the second one this week?
Adachi: All this month Dust stores have been raided time and time again, a few happened last week as well.
Ruby: That's horrible..
Adachi: Yeah, every time they just take the dust and leave the money, like who does that!?
Blake: Who's they?
Adachi: Most of the evidence leads to the white fang.
The moment the words 'white fang' were uttered, everyone felt a chill down their spine as they looked at Weiss and Blake Who had silent fury on their faces.
Hazama: Oh my, looks like two of you aren't the biggest fans of them.
Ruby: Understatement of the century.
Adachi: We have been tracking them but we still have no clues, other than the Warehouses.
Hazama: You do know that that this infromation is confidential right?
