Rosalinda's pov:
My eyes locked with Jaiblynn's and my heart skipped a beat. He was in a cage with Onyx and Xara. I was already mad after what happened with Raiden and this was my last drop. There is no way I am going to let Fernan cage them like they are fucking animals. I looked around me but couldn't see Fernan. My anger was getting bigger and bigger like an avalanche and I could feel Etetis's power burning inside me.
When Eleni saw her brother she immediately runned towards him. Jai moved his eyes from me to Eleni and they both smiled at each other. My heart softened a little bit with his smile but I was still very angry. I started walking towards the cage too and as I was about to explore the valley around me Jai shouted at us.
"Do not tear your eyes from me. This alley is bewitched so if you look at the alley you can't look away. " I closed my eyes completely with a reflex and heard Jai laughing at me.
"You can open your eyes darling, as long as you just look at me it is okay" My face burned with embarrassment and I opened my eyes. I was about to say something back at him but stopped when I saw how he looked at me. There was a glamorous shine in his eyes looking at me.
"Did that bastard cast a spell on you too or were you always so captivating?" Maybe face burned even more but I couldn't find an answer to give him. Eleni cleared her throat and we both looked up to her.
"I am sure it is because of her wonderful dress but do you want to explain to us why you guys are in a cage in the middle of Kings ball valley?" I thanked Eleni with my eyes and turned back to Jai. I was wondering the answer too. Before Jai could say anything Xara jumped forward and started to explain.
"We have a dragon!" Well, that was not very explanatory.
"What Xara wants to say is, Feran took us to a reflective cave yesterday and a guardian dragon talked to me in front of that cave saying he wants to help us if we can take him out of Guernri." Onyx tried to explain after Xara but I was still very confused. Especially about why they were here inside of a cage now.
"A guardian dragon?!" Eleni shouted before I could ask anything.
"Right? Can you believe it?" Xara responded.
"Am I the only one who doesn't understand what is going on?" Both Xara's and Onyx's explanation was not explanatory at all but Eleni didn't look confused. Smiling at my reaction Jai finally took the word and explained everything that happened since we parted ways yesterday. He also explained what a reflective cave and what a guardian dragon was. And my reaction was as excited as Eleni's. Even though guardian dragons were humans guardians at first they had also been locked here by humans and they probably were willing to help faeries in turn to freedom. But when he came to the part why they were inside this cage my anger came back to the surface.
"Where is that bastard? I am going to kill him!" I was turning my head wildy to see where he was but Xara reached out and held my head still.
"You can't kill him Rose and you are going to become bewitched too if you keep looking around like that so stop. Right now we have two choices about here." I stopped looking around and instead casted Xara a confused look. I didn't see that much choice in this situation. Feran was holding the power here and he had invited all his people to this glamoured valley to give them a freak show with the faeries he found. We should kill Feran and escape from here before the humans start to arrive. And if we kill Feran the whole Guernri will be in chaos and we could use this to our benefit to look for open pocket doors. We would also have saved the world from a useless being. It was a win-win solution. I saw Jai looking directly at my eyes and he shook his head no. And the thing I had planed flashed at my head. I was thinking about killing someone. After saying that faeries was horrible because they were killing people I had made a plan to kill someone. Even though Feran deserved it was still wrong. I shuddered and turned to Xara.
