Masquerade

Not just breathing describes living.

But not all search for a life in the eyes,
Not all care about the smiles covering lies.
The world is now a commentary show,
Everyone is listening yet nobody knows.
We all wear masks, manhood is a running act,
Unknown of one's reality, we're in a masquerade in fact.
We all live in character, there's no me and you,
I'm living cause I'm breathing, it explains my life is still due.

Not just a beating heart describes living.

But not everyone believes in its melody,
Not all care about its solitude and agony.
A mask is a fake painted emotionless expression,
False is the smile, is the love and some aggression.
The actors may only entertain the needed drama,
The stage portrays a happened tragedy and then clap aside it's trauma.
Characterd have dialogues, not emotions not conversations,
They act till their heart beats, till the stage holds their duration.
