"What?! What do you mean?!" Julie exclaimed. Alex smiled a little to himself. "Willie. He came by again. He wasn't supposed do. I don't know how he got out. But he told me that Caleb has Reg back at the Orpheum."

"So what are we waiting for? Let's go rescue Reggie and show Caleb that he's been messing with the wrong band!" Luke exclaimed.

Alex sighed. "It isn't that simple, Luke. We can't just go in and save him. The only way to technically do that right now is to go offer ourselves up to join Caleb's band, and Reg would never forgive us for doing that. We have to come up with a plan."

"Well," Julie said with a smirk, "lucky for us, I know the two most mischievous planners in Hollywood, California."

About half an hour later, Flynn showed up at Julie's door step with a cake box. Julie laughed when she saw the box. "Um, why did you bring cake? We're not celebrating anything yet. We still have to figure out how to get Reggie out of there."

"Oh, no, this isn't a celebratory cake," Flynn said shaking her head. "This is a sad cake that we can eat while we plot to destroy that disgusting crackhead of a magician."

"A sad cake?" Julie asked. "I'm not so sure that's a thing, Flynn." Flynn lifted the box top and showed Julie what was inside. "No, it definitely is. Just look at it. If it were alive, it would literally be screaming 'I'm sad.' You can't deny it."

Julie stared at the cake, trying not to laugh. It was decorated with light blue whipped icing, two candy eyeballs that had darker blue sprinkles underneath them to look like tears, and black gel icing frowning lips. "Okay, fine," she said with a laugh. "It's a sad cake."

"Oooh cake! I want some," Luke exclaimed as Flynn walked in the front door. "You can have some later. We have to start planning on how to save Reggie," Julie replied. Luke frowned. "Aw, come on, Jules, it's a sad cake. We're supposed to be eating it when we're sad."

Flynn nodded to Julie. "See? Even Luke considers it to be a sad cake. I promise I'll bring another one after we rescue Reggie. It'll be a party. But for now, we're eating the sad cake and planning to destroy that damn ghost fool."

"Mija, what is all this talk about a ghost? Please don't tell me you're going ghost hunting like Carlos now," Victoria said as she walked into the kitchen. Julie shook her head. "No, of course we're not, Tia. We're just playing a game where we have to save a boy from a ghost. It's not real or anything."

Victoria sighed. "Alright, well, your Papa should be home with Carlos soon, and I really do not like ghosts, so I'm going to head home now. I'll see you Friday for dinner."

Once she was left, Alex sighed in relief. "Thank goodness she's gone. I thought she'd never leave." Julie gave him a look. "Come on, she's my aunt. You didn't want me to tell her the truth about Caleb and Reggie, did you?"

"No, but I hate lying to people. It sucks," Alex replied. Luke nodded. "Yea, he's right about that. There's nothing worse in the world. Maybe it would've been better to tell Victoria. Then she wouldn't have pounded me about everything going on."

Julie stared back at them in shock. She couldn't believe they were being serious. "That's so not fair. You guys really just want me to tell my aunt that you guys were ghosts for months and then suddenly--"

"Enough arguing!" Flynn shouted, slamming her hands down on the kitchen table. "Reggie is in trouble, and you guys are here arguing like two year olds! Get it together! Do you want to save Reggie or not?!"

Luke smirked. "Wow, Flynn, I didn't know you were so passionate about Reggie." Alex smiled. "Come on, you did too. They've been flirting for weeks. It's old news."
