Just as Wukong's fist was about to hit MK's face Macaque darted forward and pushed him away from MK.
"Alright Princess, I'll distract him while you get the staff!" Macaque said as he was tackled to the ground by Wukong but he kicked him off and the two launched into the air.
The two transformed into eagles as fought blue and purple sparks flying in the air they transformed back. Wukong punches Macaque away, Macaque quickly activates his mech form and the two began fighting again.
MK stares up and quickly runs to her staff, taking a deep breath, she grabbed the staff, aiming to yank it out of the ice, only to pale in the realization.
She couldn't get it out!
'Uh oh!' She panicked in her head. "No matter what you do, you cannot change the path of destiny." The Bone Demon smiled maliciously.
"OH, WILL YOU SHUT UP ALREADY!" MK snapped, continuing to yank at the staff out. " I don't know if all this happened because it was destined to. But I have to believe that I found the staff so I could use it for good: To help people. So that's exactly what I'm gonna do. I'm going to take my staff and protect! This! World!"
"Enough games little girl," LBD scowled, "Sun Wukong couldn't best me, what can you hope to accomplish when he has failed?" The possessed Monkey King landed behind and threw the hurt shadow monkey onto the ground. "Cast aside your stubbornness, and accept your demise with honor."
Macaque groaned as blood seeps down his lips as Monkey King walks over him, MK grits her teeth in anger.

"So not! If you really believe that your f^*ing destiny can't be changed, then you wouldn't be using every ounce of your strength to keep him contained!" The brown eyed delivery girl snapped up at the ice bone witch, noting the blue cracks in her skin that were forming. "The Monkey King I know will never stop fighting you. And neither will I..."
MK didn't move as she heard her possessed mentor launch forwards, having faith that the king wouldn't attack him, and she gasped as she felt one arm gently wrap around her in a hug, as another reach forwards and grabbed onto the staff.
"Th-thanks for not giving up on me bud..." Wukong shakily spoke, having gained back control of his body.
"NO!!" Lady Bone Demon snarled, angry to see her puppet having cut his strings.
"It's time for the hero stuff, Bud." MK nodded, together let out angry shouts as they pulled at the staff, breaking it's frozen prison, a golden blast sending the spirits within' the Monkey King flying out, them returning to LBD. "Ugh! I can still feel her crawling under my skin." He shivered in disgust.
