Groaning, opening her eyes, MK looked around in confusion at the white void she was in. "What the? Where am I?"
She jumped back as she came face to face with the Lady Bone Demon floating in mid-air while wearing a torn white dress. "Save your little hero speech child, I've existed long enough to know when it's over." Lady Bone Demon said not looking at her.
"You still think that the universe really wants anything from any of us?" MK asked looking at her.
"Don't you?"
MK was silent for a moment before answering. "No, I love my life just how it is. I have a family that loves me, friends that I care deeply for, and I wouldn't change those for anything. I don't know what made you think that the world needed "reforging", but the truth is..it doesn't."
The bone spirit raised a brow as if confused so MK continued.
"Every world has it's end. Yeah I know that seems kinda sad and all, but that's why we gotta live life to the fullest in the time we have. At least, that's what I figure." MK said rubbing the back of her head with a small smile.
"So it would seem." the Lady Bone Demon hummed, glancing the other way. MK stared at the void as her smile fell and turns to see the Lady Bone Demon appearing behind her, peering over her shoulder.
"Know this monkey, you and I are not so different, we both fight for what we think is right," She rolled her eyes. "But in the end that pursuit only leads to one thing."
"Mm-hmm to destiny, right?" MK asked, the Lady Bone Demon merely gave her a small smile, as if she's amused.
"No...to pain." And just like that her form faded to nothingness leaving MK alone.

MK heard voices as she slowly opened her eyes, the color slowly coming back to her, to see everyone staring down at her with tears streaming down their eyes.
"Guys?" She muttered weakly. Squeaking in surprise, MK was engulfed into a hug by the shadow and sun demons, alongside everyone else.
"My baby, You're alive!" Tang cheered, smothering her cheek with kisses.
