Summary:
Mei, Mk, and Sandy find themselves stranded in the desert; a familiar face arrives to save them.

Somewhere in the middle of the hot desert in China. MK and her friends were in search of the Samadhi Fire, and on the run from The Lady Bone Demon. Aside from dealing with scamming goldfish demons and being chased by Lady Bone Demon's Thrall. It seemed they've been walking for days and searching for a place for shelter, food and water.

"I...hate...this dumb desert!" Mei panted out of exhaustion, using her jacket to shield her from the sun's rays.

"Don't worry guys, hopefully we'll be able to find shelter soon." Sandy panted out, but truth is the heat was starting to get to him as well, getting weaker and weaker by the minute.

MK groans, resting on Sandy's back. "As we walk through this desert forever...and ever...and- " The intense heat has finally caught up to the Monkie Kid, alongside Mei and Sandy, all of them passing out on the hot sand.

The last thing MK heard was the sound of an engine revving, blearily looking up at the face of Red Son.

"Red Son?"

A panicked look is what was returned by the fire prince. "Shh, You'll be okay, I've got you now."

And then there was darkness.

As soon as everyone recovered, Red Son had invited them all to dinner, unfortunately DBK and Princess Iron Fan were gone at the moment, so it was just Red Son and his guests at the time.

Red Son watched with a blank and disgusted face as they all ate messily, well Mei anyway. "You're welcome by the way." he sneered. "Thanks Red Boy, you da man!" The Dragon Girl said with her mouth full of food, accidentally throwing a piece of meat onto his face.

MK started giggling while He stood up in anger, shaking the food off him. "It's Red Son! Ugh! I should have just left you all to the vultures."

MK gasped dramatically, placing a hand over her chest. "Even me?~" She cooed, batting her big, beautiful brown eyes at him.

Red Son went all red faced, hair flaming up. "Eheheheh.."

Mei instantly takes advantage of Red's temporary distraction, walking around and shouting at the others how big and cool their fortress was.

"Wow! Your new place is totally off the hook!" She shouted, her echoes bouncing off the halls. As she continues to walk around, a booby trap is triggered. Luckily he caught her in time.

"Will you knock it off already! You all aren't even supposed to be here, So I'd appreciate it if you finished up and went about whatever business you were in the middle of before I saved your pathetic, meaningless, lives." He said before smashing his glass cup into pieces.

MK hands him another cup of water, much to the bull prince's annoyance. "On it sweetie, your wish is our demand!"

Red Son sighed rubbing his eyes before taking off his glasses. "Just what the heck were you noodle brains doing out there anyway?"

"Oh, we're looking for the Samadhi Fire," MK answered. The fire user immediately spat out his water, which splashed all over MK's face.

"Ew, sick and wrong..." She gagged and wiped her face.

"The Samadhi What!?" He shouted. He was cut off by a low rumbling noise and behind the dinner table is the lava fall that opened up to the Demon Bull King. He goes up to them with an intense, imitating aura around him, scaring the others.
